So far everything my mother said was true, the only Casino I go to the tables, especially the three hand poker, kind and friendly people I would love to go back soon.

Basic casino, nothing mind blowing. That Dean said it was very clean and the buffet was of a decent quality and had many delicious dishes offered. The parking was very sufficient Andrew me plus there is a movie theater next to it so it definitely fits right in the middle stressing on the better end of the spectrum.

Stop here for lunch frequently. I work graveyard and the staff at night are so great and polite.

This casino was so awesome, and the cafe inside served delicious food and excellent customer service. Very large portions and very reasonable prices.

Service was very slow kept having to flag down our server for refills and took a long time for the food. But the food was pretty good.

It was so much fun here!! My husband and I went for my birthday. Met a great group of people. They we're so nice to me. Gave me tokens to bet and we just has a blast!!

Never eat there again that's for sure. I still haven't received my refund which was promised by the manager.

Waitress was great friendly helped make room for my friend who was in a wheelchair . Breakfast was cold. Just not appealing cold eggs cold hash browns . The toast was good for toast.

Even though I lost at blackjack here, I'll always come here rather than South Shore Tahoe. 3:2 blackjack payout rather than 6:5. Single deck, $5 dollar table available. Good buffet, and multiplex theater to entertain the kids.

Zero customer service...1-10. Food is a 4.
HORRIBLE Live music... this customer thought it was bad karaoke night.! They blast it all over the entire casino as well as the parking lot and it is not good at all.! Would never go back. The first time it's a mistake the second time would be sheer torture.!

It's a great place for evening entertainment, great buffet and playing on the machines,all the help are very nice.l

Are in the Cafe today, there was three of us I. Our party,. "IT WAS THE WORST FOOD IVE EVER EATEN. I'm fully aware of how the Covid 19 pandamic has affected businesses, and the cost businesses have had to incurred to protect themselves and their customers, but allowing freezer burnt food to be served is ridicious and unacceptable. Customer service an Management were made aware of our dissatisfaction and not one personnel choose to apologize, took three bites of my plate, one bite of Chicken Fried steak, one bite of over med eggs, and last nite of hash browns and I felt like I was going to throw up. Very dissatisfied of their service today, it used to be one of the best places to eat breakfast in Carson City, but now management really isn't cutting cost on food, they are pushing their customers away which is cutting their Revenue. How sad for them, it's too bad, I really feel they need to go thru there food in the freezer, maybe health inspector should be called.

Yes it's a great place to play and eat but I would love to work there.

Don't gamble myself, but the restaurant is inexpensive and the food good. Service was quick. Nice casino with points you can use at the restaurant.

Very good deals on breakfast, the casino is clean, and they have a movie theater!! What else can you ask for!!

In the past food has been medium quality, but visited beginning of August 2017 and food was great. Luciano, the server, was so friendly and very helpful and patient with my 97-year-old farther!

The tropical themed Casino Fandango isn't just another gambling hall. If you're hungry and you want variety, The Fandango boasts 5 restaurants. At the top of the list is Duke's Steak House. Great ambiance with well prepared dishes and an assorted wine list. For casual dining the Palm Court Grill or Rum Jungle Buffet has you covered. Both offer a great variety at reasonable prices. Sushi lovers will enjoy Shinsen Sushi which is absolutely excellent. If its Italian your looking for the Fandango has you covered with delicious dishes in the Ti Amo Italian Grille.
You can get your drink on at one of the four well stocked bars and if for entertainment check out the live music happenin' on the performance stage above the bar.
Casino Fandango is also home to Carson City's best movie theater. The all digital Galaxy Theater is a connected to the casino and accessible via the sky walk. For overnight visits there is a Courtyard by Marriott adjacent to the casino.

This place has smelled like raw sewage for at least four days now. When you walk in the front doors the smell nearly makes you want to vomit. I will be reporting them to the health board and the Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow morning.

The employees seem very unhappy. I had to sit at the bar and listen to the bartender complain about how slow it is and how he never makes any money. The breakfast I had (steak and eggs) was cooked to perfection and I really enjoyed it. The waitress was very nice, but also complaint about how we were only the second table she served.

Coconut Grill was amazaing, try the Godzilla Burger.

Our dining experience is always good, The Grille has a Monday-Friday menu with wonderful food choices. Monday is short ribs, yummy!

Drinks and dinner at Duke's with friends. Food was great and service attentive. Very nice atmosphere; the dark wood, low level lighting gives the cozy feeling you expect from a steakhouse.

Went for a business meeting. Regular contact not there but staff did a great job of filling in... when flag wasn't there, they provided one quickly. Despite a varied menu for the group, table service was excellent, coffee and water, iced tea, eyc. Kept full, sandwiches were beyond expected, glad this is the preferred venue for association meetings now. Smoke free entrance for meeting rooms, love not having to pass thru smoky casino!

Hated the buffet staff was rude and way over priced for the selection of food. Pay the extra gas and go to Reno casinos

We went to the coffee shop for dinner. The food was great and so was the service.
