Great place for oysters, especially try the new Zealand silver fox ones if available.
Do not get the calamari (unless you like them greasy, which tasted like fried in old oil and as well as being soggy, yuck)

Happy Hour is pretty good and runs all week. $5 beers if you get the right kind. $1.50 basket of fries. Rest of the food is pretty standard quality bar food, don't expect too much. There is supposedly live music and comedy some nights but I have only ever been to Trivia on Mondays which is fun.

Good place for a drink if you're downtown. Pretty much nails the Irish pub atmosphere, good drink selection, pretty good food, and occasionally some good music. Ping pong is a nice bonus.

I went here for a friend's 30th Birthday in DTLA. It's got a cool east coast vibe (it's at basement level) and a friendly staff. What can I say? I had my first Irish Car Bomb here. They have a ton of Whiskey. Next time I'm gonna try their Irish Coffee and see how it compares to the one at the Buena Vista in SF.

Zeki's is a very cool rustic bar located in Nob Hill. It was nice to have an ice cold beer on this warm day. They had a variety of brews on tap, and many liquors on their shelf. I noticed there was an enclosed staircase, kind of curious of where that leads to. I will definitely be back to explore their cocktails and possibly food? I didn't take notice of a food menu. Hope it exists! Before I forget, there is a plenty of lounge space at the back of the bar if you're here with a big party.

I've tried to give this place a chance but each time I've gone in the same bartender waits on me and my friends and she seems like she's angry with the world. We try to overlook her attitude and overwhelm her with kindness, even leaving a great tip regardless of her rudeness, but nothing seems to work. She really is in the wrong line of work. Service industry is no place for someone who has a bad attitude. My friends and I have given her and Casey's all the chances we are willing to. It's too bad because the venue is kinda cool.

I admire this place! They have first-rate meals, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always good, the service towards the clients is helpful. I go often to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend this place.

Went for Sunday brunch with a friend from Texas. She was pretty impressed with the queso, which apparently says a lot for someone who has high standards for Tex-Mex, so do with that information what you will. Attentive service that didn't leave anything to be desired. I had the French toast and a steak breakfast taco. The French toast was so thick that I was initially concerned about flavor, but every bite was excellent. The steak taco was small but mighty. I'll definitely return for another Tex-Mex brunch in the future.

I had heard about this place and wanted to check it out while in Montrose the other day. My husband & I wandered in and were warmly greeted. My husband doesn't drink and was offerred bottled water, while I enjoyed a delicious Chardonnay. We both found the place very relaxing and inviting. It doesn't seem so much like a wine bar per se, but a coffee house - but with wine for coffee. I do agree with others that they might want to get a few more chairs. Otherwise, I think the point of the whole place, which some reviewers might've missed, is that it's supposed to be extremely loose & casual. It may suit some, others it may not and that's fine, but it certainly works for me.

Been going to Casey's for every St. Patty's day the last couple years. The best part is that it's the heart of the St. Patty's Day Festival. This entire bar is located downstairs, but with an open outdoor area entrance. On regular days, they'll have a ping pong table set up there. Passerby's could walk by and look down on people playing ping pong. The inside set up is not typical. Band Stage is all the way in back where it gets hot and sweaty easily. On the way there, you might have to fight a bar crowd in the narrow aisle. And while you are making your way back there, a table might open open up on the right. When that gets boring, there's an entire other table section (often neglected by the bar staff, but also the other patrons as well).

Casey's is larger than your typical dive bar. They have a kitchen to order a stuff like corned beef sandwiches, burgers, or fries. It'll satisfy, but not much more than that. Just think...fried. On days that are not St Patty's day, this bar not patroned heavily, but likely ends up as part of a crawl since there is seldom a line outside unlike some of the other more popular bars around the corner.

Stole our card because we got a little out of hand and i think they are trying to make us pay for it. That or they gave our card away to someone. I tried to stop one of our friends to stop ordering drinks but the bartender kept giving her drinks and let her run up a bill. They don't care the wellbeing of their customers as long as they get paid

This place reminded me of my college years in SD. I think this is a fun place to be with friends and beers to watch a game or check out a live band.

Heard their food isnt disappointing.

I hate crowds... Worst/Busiest time to go is during St Patty's day, because I hate crowds.

We went on a Saturday afternoon to watch a football game. Quite a bit of seating and lots of screens. Try to arrive at least half an hour before the game starts if you want a seat. Takes a while to order a drink, but that's fine with me. They have happy hour for food too if you want a bite.

It was such a great night, indeed! My friends and I really had a blast last night in this club, and it was nice because the drinks are really good and the crowd was amazing too. Also, the staffs were totally outstanding because they were able to attend to all of our requests effectively. Beautifully done, guys! Thank you so much!

Great Downtown location. I absolutely love the easy going setting of this pub. There is never any pressure by the waiting staff for you to order, pay, and leave. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a easy atmosphere to have a drink and watch sports.

Ive been coming here for 9 years, and have never been disappointed. Their wings and burgers are amazing! They have a good selection of beer. If you're not into beer, the awesome bartenders will make you a mixed drink. They usually have live bands on the weekends as well. Pay for parking nearby, and come downstairs to Casey's!

First-rate ambience and super amiable service. The food was crisp and delightful. Will surely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Fair prices and large meals. Keep up the great work.

This is doubtless one of the finest restaurants in the neighborhood. Anytime I come there I am deeply satisfied. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You will be always satisfied with this place. Highly recommended.

I associate Casey's as the ultimate Irish Pub and USC bar. Whenever I grab drinks here I always mange to meet a bunch of Trojans. Casey's plays all their games on a big screen TV during Football season. On Saturday evenings they also have a live band. The drinks are cheap and they have a variety of Irish beers.

Great spot for happy hour! Brian or Bryan, was the only server and he was super friendly and kept checking up on everyone. Thank you! They have 2 for 1 drinks on all drinks from 4-9pm. I had a Moscow mule, wasn't that into it, but for a hh deal, it was decent. I also had the grilled shrimp tacos, super good. The only thing I didn't like was that the indoor area was really hot and the outdoor area is pretty small, so we had to deal with the heat, but the drink special made it worthwhile.

I'm not a bar person, but I had a good time when my partner's company held a holiday gathering here. The drink and beer selections are good, the atmosphere is dive-bar friendly, and the noise level is high but still allows for conversations.
