Casey's General Store Review

I love this place. They have the nicest people working there.

The staff is almost always helpful and friendly. Interactive with us and my kids. Pizza is always great. Donuts are great. No complaints with this location.

I was hoping that for once, I could get an order from North side Casey's correctly. I was wrong. The past four or five times, the jokes at this caseys have screwed up my pizza order. It's getting to the point were I expect an apology gift such as the cookies each time. This last l time on mothers day, I got someone's chicken bacon ranch, and it already took forever to get. When 'Wade' gave it to me, I checked one, but I guess the other wasnt my order. This place has gone to hell

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The food has always been fresh and the service excellent. I wish it was bigger to accommodate cars better as it's the most convenient gas station on the north side of town but that's a minor issue.

I ordered a special online, said an hour wait which was fine. The delivery guy gets here hands me the pizza and wings (forgot I ordered breadsticks until he was gone) so I look at the pizza and it s the wrong pizza, then realized I got someone else s pizza when I looked at it because I looked at the paper. So I call and the guy asked what I ordered and I told him, his response Ok, but what did YOU order. I said I already told him and then I told him whose pizza I got, said he would call the delivery guy and I d have the right pizza. I got the right pizza, but no breadsticks. And then the delivery guy says I ll be back with your breadsticks in a bit. IN A BIT??? So I m gonna be waiting another hour for what I ordered that should have been right the first time??? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DELIVERY. It s terrible service. The pizza is good and the wings are ok I guess. Won t be ordering from there again though.

Very very bad just awful orderd a chicken breast sub toasted got the sub and chicken was still frozen never again

Terrible kitchen and delivery service. Placed an online order for the nightly special. At the end of the order the estimated time of arrival was 6:51pm. At 7:09pm I placed a call to inquire about the order and was told that it was in route. Waited around and at 7:22 we called again to report that it hadn't been delivered and to check if the order had even been processed. We were told that they couldn't tell us what he had ordered but it should arrive very shortly. Again we waited and at 7:35 we received a call and were now told that we had ordered for takeout.. How could that be if my order had been in route for delivery for 26 minutes? Doesn't seem like the people working the kitchen have a clue what's going on!! Terrible experience and will never use this store again. Will be contacting the manager asap

I stopped at your store around 4:45 am OMG you have the best breakfast pizza I have ever had fresh and amazing! I also had a donut and it was amazing as well. I am from Des Moines and ya"ll need to come and teach them how its done! Awesome job! I definitely will be stopping there again!!

My sister used to live across the street from this place. I always liked stopping in here. Its a nice old Caseys much like the one in my little town. Everything you would need out of a gas station plus that Pizza they sell.

This Caseys is great as long as you don't go there during overnight hours, the lady cashier is not friendly, polite or at all helpful or nice, she seems like your troubling her by going in store.

You should not advertise a 24 hr kitchen if you are not one. I tried to order a pizza when I got off my overnight shift and was turned away
