Dreadful service.. Chequers clean communal areas of our Building. We have had to complain on several occasions. They do not appear to be bothered that they will be penalised financially when work is not done properly !

Stay away from this fraudulent company. Caught them lying on the sign in sheet (they would add 2/3 past dates every time they came). I confronted the cleaner when I saw him doing it and he admitted to it.

They now send a different cleaner and don t lie on the sheet but they are still 1/10 rating.

They don t hoover, they don t clean, the guy just turned up, sprayed some air freshener, signed the sheet and then left. Less than 2 minutes on the property.

It s a big con probably splitting the profit with the leasehold managing companies.

A very bad service not doing the work skiping threw the cleaning and we are paying a service charge well ill be asking for a refund usless cleaners just looking at other reviews and photos one post said there putting there names on time sheet and not cleaning that is absolutely correct. We re are these cleaners coming from. Tried to speak to one of them they don t speak ENGLISH I ve contacted my MP for help with these Contracters. Sick of paying for a service that is nonexistent. Also the window Contracters don t clean the windows I blame OPTIVO Houseing they do not care. If you don t pay the rent there quick to contact you very poor service I can only say get in contact with you MP and get some help your waisting your time calling the housing I can only say put your photos up and shame the cleaning company CHEQUERS

Haven't cleaned our communal entrance area for 6 weeks. They say they lost the key to gain entry and have only missed cleaning for TWO WEEKS. Fallen leaves and cobwebs tell a different story.

Not sure what Adam Trent was on about. These magicians! You can't trust them, Arfield was very very helpful. Looking at Adam Trent's reviews, he's obviously an unhappy soul. You'd think being a famous magician would help his self-confidence and outlook on life. Clearly, fame and fortune is not all it's cracked up to be. Thanks Arfield, top job

The cleaners are the worse they've ever been I pointed out the missed stains that's been there for over two months the filthy door at the entrance that war even longer and the missed cobwebs they said no problem which I took that they would do but what they ment was that they cant be bothered to do it then left as with the gardeners (joke) half an hour to do the mowing weeding and clearing up the rubbish there having a laugh ain't they no one seems to care since Feb the service has gone downhill fast I wouldn't even give them one star

Do not let these people in your apartment block.They stole 3 bikes from my apartment block we caught them on camera. Went to there office in Croydon and only when I called the police did they say they had the bikes and could return them the guy that stole the bikes came back with the bikes and they just acted like it was noting. Please do not trust these people.
