Man I can't say enough about the customer service ...

Man I can't say enough about the customer service I received today! Absolutely stunned at how I was treated. In a good way. The guy I talked to on the phone William was more than helpful and was even able to get me some expedited service since I was leaving for another trip in 2 days. I'm extremely glad I have so many msr, packtowel, and thermorest products. Nothing like buying local from a brand that completely stands behind their products and customer experience!

MSR has consistently been a reliable friend (as much as an inanimate object can be) through many outdoor experiences. A couple of my stoves needed parts and I've twice had the good fortune of speaking with Michael in support, who helped me out quickly and without hassle. His thoughtful work reflects on the whole brand, and definitely underscores the value of supporting companies that care about keeping equipment serviceable in an increasingly disposable marketplace. Keep doing what you do so well!

What an amazing company! The thermarest is so comfortable and lightweight, it's the perfect pad to pack! My rest unfortunately had a small leak but the customer service team was able to replace it with no issues. They were so kind and helpful especially William Beard. He was amazing! Thank you! I had a great experience with Cascade Designs! I sent my Thermarest sleeping pad in for repair and when they weren't able to fix it they sent me a brand new replacement. Even when my package was stolen they went above and beyond and sent me a second replacement! So happy with their service and can't wait to use my new mattress.

Casey was very reassuring and put me at ease on my first contact with MSR and Liam went *above and beyond* to find a solution for me. Knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind...he listened, understood, and saved the day! A true Solution Architect Liam is!!! Okay, first their gears are very well made. I have mattress, chair, water container from them. I have positive experiences for almost all of their brands. However, the one time I need warranty service, it was a great disappointment. Everything was automated and I've never actually heard from them. They do not response to emails. I called them twice, each time they are aware of the RA and will take care of it.

It has been 16 months. I can't even give them a call anymore. I can't find their number. Come on guys RA# 00030148, you said you'll take care of it. Give me a call, reply to my email, reply to this review, anything.

Customer Service blew my mind. I wanted to know details about which replacement straps I should buy for my FOURTEEN YEAR OLD snowshoes (from MSR) and received excellent customer service. I mentioned that I would have liked to have upgraded my snowshoes to the Ascent but they seemed to be sold out everywhere, maybe due to covid. He told me that they hadn't done their production run this year, it had been delayed because they turned their manufacturing plant into producing stuff for covid related deficits, some sort of PPE something or other. He said to select the box on the website that asks to be notified when it's back in stock. I did and just now ordered my snowshoes. I'm optimistic they might come as quickly as my straps came (they arrived within days, they shipped out of Kamloops (I'm in Canada). Maybe I can use them this weekend, we'll see. But my old ones work fine, now that I've replaced the straps. I LOVE this company.

Managed to break a few pieces of my MSR tent and thought I was doomed... but Will at Cascade Designs came to my rescue by helping me figure out exactly which segments needed to be fixed and providing lots of information about my repair/replace options. Now I have peace of mind that I get to use my tent again soon! Thank you!
