After Heart attac i spend 6 days at the Clinc. Noteingewiesen failed and the SERVICE for me was perfect. Even to speak to them was not so easy but they have done their best to feel weil. Thank for All! I felled like a VIP!

It went to my mother on June 8 for a blow to the wrist, led him to the spokes and the tac saying there was nothing broken and they just bandaged. sore after a few days went by your doctor who has prescribed the MRI result: the wrist is broken !! this morning has come back to the emergency room and after the usual hours of tail responded that if he has to take as well because after a month can do nothing !! Incompetent, couldn't they immediately make it to you? Some people would be better off digging in the fields.

It is not true that they have snouts, in fact almost all of them in their vocabulary use the word "dear". You turn up dear, etc., with an incredible kindness and patience and I had a lot of experience about hospitalizations.

In the case of Morton's neuroma, after the investigation with MRI, the doctor who performed the examination (Assaad Assaker), without looking at the DVD of the resonance images, without looking at the foot, in a visit lasting 1 minute , indicated surgical excision as a therapy.
As this superficial investigation did not satisfy me, I consulted another doctor, from a state facility this time, who, after a very thorough investigation, told me that the intervention is not necessary as the minimally invasive percutaneous therapy gives him same results. To my question about why the surgical removal was proposed to me in the private clinic (Pederzoli), the doctor replied that most likely for reasons of income (even if the operation is subsidized by the state, the clinic receives more for an operation in the operating room than for a non-invasive operation).
So, from personal experience, I recommend avoiding this clinic due to the long waiting times, the unfriendly staff, the therapies not consonant with the patient's interest and health.

Multi-specialist nursing home, equipped with an efficient emergency room and departments managed in terms of efficiency, attention to the patient and dedication to excellence. The facility is continually being renovated and improved. A hospital that unfortunately is a white fly in the context of Italian healthcare.

After 8 attempts at alleged specialists, I had the great fortune of being visited by Dr. Faccioli on January 14th 2016 at the Pederzoli Nursing Home in Peschiera del Garda. Person with great human and communication skills. On March 2, 2016 I was operated on for a "Lumbosciatalgia from L3-L4 stenosis". The g.4 (after 2 days!) Resigns me. The ordeal, which lasted over two years, was really over. During this period I had to suffer excruciating pain in my left leg: a pain. Almost motionless in an armchair, for over a year, with predictable motor consequences and mental and physical discomforts. Thanks to the high professionalism of Dr. Faccioli, to whom I have only to give him my deepest gratitude and blessing, today I am returning to "normal" everyday life

Disorganized. Key word of this hospital. No one knows anything and communication between departments is non-existent, priorities are not respected, parking lots are all paid except for those far away. The pre-admission an odyssey, the emergency room with biblical waiting times.

I admit that it is my fault for forgetting my dentist's OPT request at home, but upon acceptance a kind young lady advised me to go to the nearest tobacconist to send the fax. Fortunately I have the possibility to send FAX in all respects by mobile phone and, remaining in the room, I proceeded to send it complete with a legal transmission and reception receipt.
After about half an hour, I returned on call to the counter and the same told me that no fax had arrived in my name, probably because their machine was not working properly. He advised me to send another one and invited me to wait again. A colleague at the side, however, noting everything, told her to send me an email so as not to waste any more time and by giving me the address I proceeded to send 2 emails .. one of the fax one of the original request.
After about 10 minutes I approached asking politely if he could check the reception and he replied to wait a little longer ... after another 20 minutes I asked what the problem was to check the emails and I was told that the attendant was not present at that computer, he couldn't control her in person.
She clearly stated that she had left for an urgency ... mmm ...
After all this wasted time, considering the possible waiting time for the rays because they passed tape patients, I decided to turn the heels and go to a private studio that for 13 euros more, also released me the CD of the radiography at moment.
Probably the Pederzoli clinic is excellent but like all public places, for some people it gets lost in a glass of water.

Hospital with bad and unprofessional assistance .. it is never possible in a hospital affiliated with the NHS to be able to talk to the doctor on call to understand which treatment plan has been undertaken ... it is never possible to be declined by a doctor on call with the answer: I don't have time !!

High level staff. The services are called services or if you need treatment here are all the various specialists. In the process of further expansion but nothing is perceived of the various construction sites open.

I was admitted to the Pederzoli clinic, urology department, primary dr. Big. The staff has always been very courteous and efficient whenever I have a question and also to reassure me in view of the intervention. Thanks to the kindness and preparation of dr. Structure under construction and poorly organized, parking, TV and wi-fi are charged. At entrance # 2 the concierge clerk, turned sideways to the computer does not even look at you in the face and responds in a bad way.

The surgery also went well. But they make 10 interventions a day on the department I dealt with. The anesthesiologist will visit 50/60 people a day (if one is allergic or has problems they will notice it?). A doctor who visits privately receives a hefty fee ( 200). Another doctor works on you. And another gives you information on the card transaction. Once the operation has been carried out (and therefore the SSN reimbursement has been received) they literally do not care.

Yesterday I was in this hospital for an operation on the hand, I must say with amazement that I found all the nurses and doctors of the Day hospital really and incredibly kind, available, affectionate. They followed me from the beginning with love and made me feel at ease despite my fear and agitation precisely the intervention. A clean and more than valid hospital, the only thing that does not depend on them is that I had to wait a long time outside the operating room and it was cold but they were close to me explaining everything as it happened. A big thank you to the day hospital nurses and Mery that I didn't understand if she was a doctor or nurse as I was a little confused and agitated but she was sweet and kind.

My father operated on an HCC nodule located between the gallbladder and liver in this wonderful clinic a mixture of hotel and hospital. As advised by Professor Nicola Nicoli, expert in Hepatobiliary surgery, he performed a hepatic resection en bloc with the gallbladder. The surgery went well and we should now carry out checks over time. I particularly thank Professor Nicola Nicoli, a man of considerable experience and immense humanity who has tried to calm us since the first visit by explaining the type of intervention to be performed. We waited for the call and went to Peschiera del Garda as we were from Sicily. A day of hospitalization for all the investigations and the second day the intervention. Everything exceptional ... I would like to thank everyone and I hope not to forget anyone. As already mentioned before, Professor Nicoli and the medical staff of Epato - Bilo - Pancreatica surgery, Doctor Girelli, Dr. Frigerio, Doctor Regi and Doctor Scopelliti. Doctor sent me home without advice or medicine to take! Two days of injury! I doubt it will pass! Professional staff and good structure (being renewed and expanded) with state-of-the-art equipment. The pride of Pederzoli is undoubtedly the urology department to which dozens of people from every part of the peninsula turn every day.

I gave birth in the obstetrics and gynecology ward in July 2020. The doctors during labor and delivery were great! At the hospitalization, some nurses were very rude. One of them pushed my stomach during a visit saying she needed to check me out like that. I had to fight with her because she kept hurting me. Another hooked on my catheter and instead of apologizing, she said I should have warned her that I had it. Other nurses look down on you if you don't know how to handle the baby well in the first few days. It is actually their job to help you and explain things to you. I was not followed as in labor. I wouldn't go back there just for the bad experience with nurses while in hospital.

10 days to do an MRI and SEVERAL to get the result, to be collected at the ticket offices. If I have a 10-day priority for the exam, it means I'm sick. Given the period, if all goes well I will be able to see the specialist with the report in the new year. All other hospitals offer the collection and consultation of reports via the Internet, it would be the case that Pederzoli also adapted to the times and technology.

In addition, the column to take the number upon acceptance of the RM is in the waiting room beyond the counter, so it is natural to stop at the counter first, before being told "go get the number". The logic would like the numbers to be taken before reaching the door, to avoid those who have problems walking to go back and forth unnecessarily.

I would also add that the booking app has not worked for months, tested on 4 different phones, it has always made an error when sent.

Lately this hospital has lost points, it was better managed once.

I performed the plastic reconstruction of the breast at this structure following a mastectomy.
My thanks first go to Dr. Monica Pasqualini, head of the plastic surgery department.
His professionalism and willingness to respond to my emails at any time, the ability to be empathic towards the patient made me realize that I was in the right place.
I would like to clarify that for me to operate from her I have done 130 km.

Sincere thanks to all the ophthalmology department. After I went to the emergency room for a sudden visual disturbance I was welcomed and treated with great professionalism and extreme kindness. From the moment I entered the emergency room to find myself at home already operated for retinal detachment (an hour and a half of surgery) less than 32 hours had passed. Now as I am regaining my sight I want to express all my gratitude.
P.S. It may be their job but they do it in an excellent way!

It seems to me an avant-garde structure. Even from Mantua it is quite easy and quick to reach. So far I have always felt good and I think my wife will come here to give birth. Obviously, given the efficiency, acceptance is always very crowded, but the structure quickly disposes of the queue. I never used first aid.

At seven the ordeal begins for a day hospital that was scheduled and therefore theoretically organized.Until half past two no one gives us explanations on the delay in front of the thousand further request for explanations a courteous nurse calls a doctor who replies that he does not he knows why it happened and the timing of the operation and in the meantime they were letting in those scheduled for the afternoon. We waited 8 hours for a trivial knee evaluation due to a fall distortion (severe pain and obvious swelling) .. obviously after 8 hours they told us that we still had 9 people in front of which we changed hospital .. nn you can wait all that time just to tell us that we have to move on to do the rays and then from the orthopedist .. incompetent staff that instead of working spends time chatting with colleagues .. if they are not equipped with staff they should start to hire staff to attend to fast .. obviously there are red and yellow codes that have priority but you can't wait a day for a visit

In a wonderful and delicate moment together like that of childbirth and the first days of life of the newborn I found competent, professional and attentive to the needs of mothers. I gave birth in the water and I highly recommend it: natural, relaxing, exciting ...
