I admit that it is my fault for forgetting my dentist's OPT request at home, but upon acceptance a kind young lady advised me to go to the nearest tobacconist to send the fax. Fortunately I have the possibility to send FAX in all respects by mobile phone and, remaining in the room, I proceeded to send it complete with a legal transmission and reception receipt.
After about half an hour, I returned on call to the counter and the same told me that no fax had arrived in my name, probably because their machine was not working properly. He advised me to send another one and invited me to wait again. A colleague at the side, however, noting everything, told her to send me an email so as not to waste any more time and by giving me the address I proceeded to send 2 emails .. one of the fax one of the original request.
After about 10 minutes I approached asking politely if he could check the reception and he replied to wait a little longer ... after another 20 minutes I asked what the problem was to check the emails and I was told that the attendant was not present at that computer, he couldn't control her in person.
She clearly stated that she had left for an urgency ... mmm ...
After all this wasted time, considering the possible waiting time for the rays because they passed tape patients, I decided to turn the heels and go to a private studio that for 13 euros more, also released me the CD of the radiography at moment.
Probably the Pederzoli clinic is excellent but like all public places, for some people it gets lost in a glass of water.
