Hospital with bad and unprofessional assistance .. it is never possible in a hospital affiliated with the NHS to be able to talk to the doctor on call to understand which treatment plan has been undertaken ... it is never possible to be declined by a doctor on call with the answer: I don't have time !!
Really bad in 2016 !!!
