Incapable and incompetent especially in the emergency room
After covering 120 km and arriving on time for the appointment for a specialist visit, I lost more than half an hour in an attempt to pay through the electronic cash machines with the ATM but none worked, after the umpteenth and repeated attempt to insert of the reservation code .. At that point I turned to the employees of the cashier with the request to pay urgently, as expected for the visit.
They rudely sent me back to the electronic cashier and other people were already complaining about the situation.
Once my shift was booked and arrived, they made me wait another 10 minutes before being able to pay with cash. A shame!!! 03/08 5:30 pm
As for the healthcare staff, nothing to complain about for courtesy and professionalism

Hospital that takes care of appearance ... but in essence it would be better to move towards other structures .... the only thing that works are the two bars, (full of doctors and nurses) I never understood who should check I doctors and nurses who work with the pace and slowness of people of 90 years with the walker who go around the hospital aimlessly ...... In particular, I would like to mention the departments of: Urology (third floor, guardhouse nurses) for the degree of incompetence that goes beyond all possible imaginations I went to them one day for an urgent urological visit and they tell me that I have to go to the fourth floor at the guardhouse of ORTHOPEDICS !!!!!! Where once they send me back to the third where they still tell me to go to FIRST AID !!!!!! But I say the director of that department and can manage it? But the cuts that have been made do you want to see that they have left the most prepared staff at home and left the INCOMPETENT ones operational only for recommendations? LONG LIVE ITALY !!

Excellent structure with trained and available staff
What a sad person of 80 years after 4 hours has not yet been changed and so every day the staff is rude and cannot be found on the 6th floor and it is a department to avoid anyway, as already read in other reviews, 6 8 hours of first aid to admit an elderly person we hope they will think about improving the quality of the hospital service
