Lived here 4 years while studying at Purdue. I've lived in Cary South for that whole duration. Before you sign up to live here do your research, it's a great dorm and the Cary Club puts on a lot of fun, interesting, and free/low cost events for residents.
Cary South: also known as The Cary Closets are small shared rooms that build character and save money. There is no A/C and the bathrooms are communal (but have privacy doors and is well kept by service/cleaning staff). This dorm is the cheapest dorm you can find on campus but is all male so please keep that in mind.
Cary North, East, and West are higher end living spaces (but also cost more too). You get a suite with a roommate in a decent sized room and a shared bathroom with your next door suite mates (that is cleaned for you) and has A/C.
Right beside Ross Aid and Mackey Arena (which can be both a positive and a negative).
Central location and historic building. Some decades ago all rooms used to have private telephones and there was a kitchen underneath Sprinkler Court.
The best guys dorm on campus. Come for the food court and nude olympics!
It is a great building, although confusing to navigate through, the northwest building is in a very strange spot, so beware, otherwise, fantastic!
My son has lived in this dorm for the past 3 years!!!
Best Res Hall at Purdue. Cary is a great all-Male community with excellent service staff and hard working RAs. It features both first-year communities and upper-division communities as well as a mixture of cheaper (albeit smaller) traditional "dorm" rooms and suite style, higher end rooms. Cary is also home to the All-American Dining Room, Cary Knight Spot, and the UR Alumni and Guest Center.
rooms are small and there is no A/C. one of the worst places to live on campus
Love visiting Purdue . The Quad is great place to live while on campus .
This is the cardboard box of Purdue Dorms. Pretty cheap, but man, there's a reason.
