tasty black raspberry & sea salt caramel soft carved hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and chopped nuts, yummm!

Just started coming to this Carvel after a few years of going to a different one by our old place. The service was great, and the dashers are fantastic!

One of my favorite ice cream shops! The brown bonnet cones are the bomb!

Pretty good ice cream. Glades location is better though

Store does not require face covering during pandemic. Won t be shopping here anymore.

Horrible staff at this location. They just stare at you and don't say a word the entire time. Maybe they're sick of pulling ice cream handles all day and serving customers. I realize it can be tough. Your business will increase greatly if you replace this staff with an entirely new staff who have basic human interaction skills and who don't hate their lives.

Love their flying saucers and soft serve ice cream cones. Brings back memories of the past when their ice cream trucks would roll on by and kids would line up to buy their favorite ice cream with the change they had earned from doing chores. Those were the best days. Thank you Carvel.

The service there was amazing the young lady behind the counter and the young man that made mine banana split was very courteous I would recommend you bring your family there and enjoy the ice cream

I'm here all the time! The best ice cream and the sunay's are the bomb. I used to come here as a kid and it's great they have one close by now!

One of our favorite places. I think their ice cream contains less sugar or too delicious that I eat more than regular everytime I come here.

Great staff, unfortunately portion size served do not match pictures displayed. Ordered medium and soft ice cream portion barely reached top of cup. I said this does not look like the picture, they said that's the way management says it's supposed to be.

This place has great ice cream and the self serve sprinkles are really cool.

I was super excited to come back to this location on Sunday night after driving back from miami but unfortunately disappointed the the skinny kid behind the counter was rude I asked him to put sprinkles on my cone but he said that the only put a bit he gave me attitude as I tried to hold it together He was treating the girl with him as if he was her slave
I will never go back here again he ruined my icecream experience with carvel . So when I had my cone my chocalate shell was not hard as he said it was ... he had to be frustrated but he should take it out on the customers.
As was existing I heard other customers say to them self that kid needs a bit more patience.

Convenient location for ice cream . Love that they re open til 10 pm for late night cravings. I usually try one of the specials that are pictured on the door when you walk in! My favorite was the Biscoff Cookies with Bscoff flavored ice cream and caramel! So good ~ can t wait for it to come back! They have seating inside and picnic table seating outside.

The rude manager would not accept a legitimate Carvel coupon for Buy 1 get 1 Sundae or Dasher.

How obnoxious, considering they do similar specials Monday - Friday. She started whining about how she has money problems... to a customer!

I will never go back there again. So unprofessional, it is such a shame.

This place is always packed! Old people, families, youngsters, teens - everybody loves their ice cream and treats. The staff is great!

Soooo good! I absolutely loved my Strawberry Shortcake Sundae! Very fresh, creamy, and all around delicious. It was also very clean, a nice environment, and everyone had on a mask!
