I would deter students from moving into Be Accommodation. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to receive my bond, which once received was $30.00 short.

Initially I was told it would take 3-5 days, which ended up being 2 and 1/2 weeks. Total mis-communication which was frequent when dealing with Carrington.

After being a loyal tenant for over a year, I feel as though I have been taken advantage of & would advise that others seek accommodation elsewhere.

Overall, the experience wasn't worth my time & I am appalled on how my vacate was handled on their end.

Same as all other 1 star reviews - very poor service as a paying tenant. Especially by Jean. Very rude and u professional. Very concerning all the other 1 star reviews too. But they have flooded the reviews with seemingly 5 star reviews. All people who have mostly recently 5 star reviews have only reviewed 1 place - this place! But reviewers rating it poorly have often 20+ reviews u der their name??? Everything is fake with this place, really friendly agents who show you places and get leases agreed to, then you never see or even hear their name again...strange strange strange. And like all other reviews repairs are a nightmare to arrange and when you follow up you get abused and passive aggressive emails from Jean. Really bad experience. I do remember writing another honest review not long ago and cannot see it here anyway???

Tenants stay away from this real estate unless you like waiting weeks for repairs or spending days on the phone trying to get in touch with your property manager jean being one of the worst to get in touch with.

By chance, I bumped into Harryono Setiadi in Potts Point as I noticed lease signage outside a potential unit that ended up being out of my price range however, Harryono Setiadi was incredibly friendly in asking what my budget was & what I was looking for in a dream apartment.

Thankfully he had more viewings that day so he insisted I stick with him & we see the lot together.

During this time he built incredible rapport going above & beyond any agent I ve ever experienced with making it his sole mission to find my dream bachelorette one-bedroom unit in Darlinghurst.

He was able to negotiate a good price on the unit to accommodate I would need to get a parking permit also helping incredibly during COVID when every cent counts.

I would recommend Harryono Setiadi to anyone putting the property on the market or looking to find their dream home in his domain as Harryono Setiadi genially cares about your satisfaction & not just filling the space.

Unfair and conniving! Absolutely terrible experience!!! I chased the agent down (Haryono) calling and emailing a week in advance showing my keen interest to book an inspection, was the first person to apply ahead of time, missed two other inspections to attend and negotiated to move in earlier (on a much longer lease) only to be offered the property then be told 16 mins later that it s no longer available. I was driving when I received the follow up phone call and asked for bank details to be sent via text in order to pay the deposit. I literally parked my car, was about to pay and then received a text message to say he had offered it to someone else 16 MINUTES LATER!!!! Bad business and terrible service.

Worked with Grant to try and lock down a property after moving here from the US. He was incredibly helpfully in giving me no biased advice on how to navigate the housing market and helpful information on the best suburbs for me! Couldn t recommend an agent more.

I had a very good experience with Carrington, they helped me find a very nice apartment to rent and were always available to help me when I needed them. My property manager was Jean, she was specially good when we needed something to be taken care of. Harry was the one who showed us the apartment who was very easy going and a good professional too. I will be using their services again no doubt. Highly recommended.

Tenant for 1 year and would definitely use again. Although there were quiet a few issues in the beginning (with the property itself), thankfully my property manager was an absolute star! I leased a property for 3 years with this agency, and both ingoing, and outgoing was very smooth. All repairs were managed in a timely manner.

I had 2 property managers over the 3 years, Anna and Jean, both professional, personal, and courteous at every interaction.

Bond was return within 48 hrs of the agency releasing it.

I was shown a lovely 1 bedroom property to rent in Elizabeth Bay by Luke Williams. Luke made the initial renting drama, easy and effortless. He organised the lease quickly with the owner, so that I could move in ASAP. Although, there were some repairs to be done to the Property, Luke and Carrington Real Estate staff, Edgecliff, have made sure that the repairs were carried out quickly and the tradesman were friendly, accommodating and professional.

Landlords and Tenants beware of Trudie the rental agent at this business unless you want to kiss your money goodbye as she would have you running after your money for 12 months before she would even be bothered to get back to emails or care for your needs. most unprofessional, SLY and cunning agent you will ever encounter. the company still owes me 8000 dollars which i am taking them to court for so if you have the money or the time to chase lawyers be my guest.

Cheryle made herself available outside of standard viewing hours. I found her to be professional, very experienced in the market, extremely punctual and had a calm and humane approach to the whole process. Hari Wibowo is a property manager every one would like to have! He is diligent, reliable and always contactable. I am currently renting a property from Carrington group, and I couldn't be happier . My experience in the past with agencies, was that I was considered just tenant number "x", and fixing any issues with the property was NEVER priority 1.

Since the inspection, Jean Ladianghibong the property manager was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, but yet quite friendly. And all the communication from that day forward was like that! professional and friendly.

We recently had an issue with a false fire alarm, and Jean helped us solve it, even though she did not have to. By the end, we were not charged for it :).

She really takes care of tenants which I think is great for owners as well, because good tenants will never want to leave a well managed property.

Carrington has been my property agents since I left Sydney - temporarily, at the time! - in 2004. Since that time they have managed my apartment very well, liaising with tenants, solving problems, keeping me informed, and ensuring that vacancy rates were extremely low - through a combination of finding good tenants to start with, and then making sure they're treated well. I have been kept in the loop as decisions have needed to be made and have always found the company to be responsive and helpful. Any time I have raised concerns - very rarely - they have been dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. Having now been living abroad far longer than I originally intended, I am very thankful to have had such a professional team managing my biggest asset, and allowing me this peace of mind.

Don't go anywhere near this agency. I tried to attend an open house in Surry Hills, drove 45 minutes to get there, arrived during the stated time, agent's sign still out the front, called 'Giuliano' who told me he was still upstairs but refused to let me up!

I paid my deposit and awaiting agent to send me a contract for me to review.

I work full time on a rotating roster I am starting my night shift soon I was not rushing him just to check how things going. he was raging and constantly telling me that he is VERY BUSY. I don't find this agent very reliable and I tried to contact this company - call goes straight to voice mail.

I have recently moved in to a unit managed by the agency and I have had such a bad experience with the property manager Marco. I have two issues, one with the NBN connection and other with the power outlets. Every time I try to call him he is not available, he is not replying the text messages and today I went to the agency office to try to solve this and he just wrote the issues in a notebook and told me that he will call me later, which never did.

This is very unfair and annoying because when they asked for the holding deposit and the week rent in advance, ALL OF THEM were available and text me the very next day to check if I had already done the deposit, But now that is time for them to do their work they all just disappear.

Exceptional agency, go above and beyond expectations, excellent communication and extremely professional service, highly recommend.
