I was referred to Grant McKay of Carrington Property Management, as I had to let out a property, and from the outset, he was super helpful, super efficient and had very practical advise on navigating the rental property market. He was extremely pro active, and communicative - both traits especially appreciated as I am based overseas. He understood our requirements very quickly and was always available to give an update, even when things were slow and above all, very helpful and a great sounding board.
