I am currently renting a property from Carrington group, and I couldn't be happier . My experience in the past with agencies, was that I was considered just tenant number "x", and fixing any issues with the property was NEVER priority 1.

Since the inspection, Jean Ladianghibong the property manager was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, but yet quite friendly. And all the communication from that day forward was like that! professional and friendly.

We recently had an issue with a false fire alarm, and Jean helped us solve it, even though she did not have to. By the end, we were not charged for it :).

She really takes care of tenants which I think is great for owners as well, because good tenants will never want to leave a well managed property.
