I have recently moved in to a unit managed by the agency and I have had such a bad experience with the property manager Marco. I have two issues, one with the NBN connection and other with the power outlets. Every time I try to call him he is not available, he is not replying the text messages and today I went to the agency office to try to solve this and he just wrote the issues in a notebook and told me that he will call me later, which never did.

This is very unfair and annoying because when they asked for the holding deposit and the week rent in advance, ALL OF THEM were available and text me the very next day to check if I had already done the deposit, But now that is time for them to do their work they all just disappear.
