horrible office staff!!!! do not use this service, just a number to these people. lost patient appts, forgot to follow proper procedures. no call backs for over a week after leaving many many messages. very poor bed side manor, absolutely no concern for pt or family at all. NOT THE ONLY SERVICE IN TOWN!!!!! stay away
