Quick and efficient service. In 4 years of driving my Bolt EV, I only had to come in twice, for recalls / software updates. Fluid and tire checks are really all my Bolt needed so far, and I don't expect that to change in the future.

I took my car in for service and the customer service representative I worked with was rude, condescending and offensive for no apparent reason. I can't remember being so upset as a customer ever, and completely baffled why he was so difficult. They promised me the service manager would call me but I never heard from him. I will never set foot on that property again.

I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with almost 380,000 miles on it. I had taken my vehicle for service since it was new. Your dealership was always very friendly and honest. I will always stick to Chevy products and specifically your dealership in Beaverton. Everyone there is very helpful and courteous.

Unfortunately, I continue to be disappointed in both the service and installation team at Carr Chevy. When I purchased my truck, their install team simply did a very sloppy job installing several accessories which had to be redone, along with a mechanical error that existed when I bought the truck (that should have been addressed before delivery). At my recent service, they locked me out of my truck for 30 minutes until they could make a key. I will hesitate to purchase or service another vehicle with them.

My sales person was very nice and extremely knowledge (Jamie). At the end of the visit though the sales manager felt the need to come over and give me the hard sell. His tone, demeanor and responses to my answers suggested that I didn't know what was best for myself and should purchase today. I will NEVER purchase a car here.

I liked coming here. But have had similar problems of waiting very long with a service appointment as well as them trying to charge me way more than I was quoted after the work was done. When they had some guy come stand over us cross armed like he was going to fight me. And now after searching everywhere I am 100% certain they stole things out of my truck. That's the final straw for me. DON'T STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS!!!

Carr Chevrolet in Beaverton Worst car experience I have ever had four longs hours of being mislead lied to I was so stressed out by the time I was done I felt sick to my stomach I don't even want the truck now, the price they told us we would be paying was different then what they charged me for it in the end, which was more money, told I would get a Costco rebate I never got any information on that, they put extra options in the loan I didn't want and when ask to remove them they said fine I wont be receiving them but the extra 4600.00 dollars will still go on the loan and work its wait out in the end I bought a base model truck after 5000 down 2,500 rebate through Chevy I still owe 350.00 for 75 months they didn't even show us how the radio works nothing just took our money and now do not want to be bothered with us. Sad way to treat retired folks on a fixed income !!!!!!!

I had a bad service experience, but management really made things right.

I took my Chevy Volt in for a routine oil change service and got hustled for an alignment that I didn't agree to up front. When I complained by e-mail, the service director followed up personally and cut me a refund check the same day. I'd be more than willing to give them the benefit of the doubt next time.

I've taken my car here many times. Tyler and the rest of the service team are great. I always work with Tyler because there's no b.s. and I can trust that he's telling me the truth. The Carr Chevrolet team are a class act. They charge a lot of money, but the quality of work is very worth it.

Started strong and accurate but service department has messed up 3 times with my 16 Camaro RS, and After ordering the parts forgot to even call me and let me know they have arrived. And for the record the only thing it was was a fuse breaker for the 12 V power outlet. And this the sales department kept my mother in their for 7 hours just a test drive one vehicle that she was name in certain she wanted. And ran her credit for times for that vehicle. They also tried selling it as a new vehicle when it had 2000 plus miles on it and was one of their rental cars. Then to top it off they didn't offer her all of Chevy's manufactures discounts on that vehicle either. My own opinion is that they need to revamp their staff as soon as possible

While recently on vacation in Portland we ended up in Beaverton at Carr Chevrolet. It was our first day of searching for a new truck and actually our first stop!!! It was there we met Nicolas Batres. He is a new salesman for the dealership, but you wouldn't know it! He was very easy to talk to, had no big sales gimmicks or high pressure attitude. As the deal progressed we were introduced to his manager Dennis. Dennis assisted Nicolas from initial offer to completion. Our final stop was in Tabitha's office where we signed the papers for our new 2016 Chevy Silverado!!
We would like to thank everyone at Carr Chevrolet for making our truck buying experience an easy and one that we will never forget.

If I could pick no star, I would.

If I could pick no star, I would.
Very bad customer service at the service department. No one greeted me and no one told me which lane I should leave my car at. I was sitting in my car for 15 mins without any coming over to help. I had to get out of my car and was still ignored for another 5 mins. The workers there did see me but was still ignored. When I would go to the Beaverton Honda or to any other place, I get greeted, not ignored, great customer service ! Nothing compare to this place! I had initially gone in for a oil change and they did not reset the meter to 100%. I had to drive back all the way from NE Portland just for them to change it!! Very disappointed !!! That was the last time I will ever go to Carr Chevrolet!!!

Fernando in the service department was very helpful, I had brought in my car with the check engine light on. His tech had also found the left hub was bad and needed to be replaced. I was very impressed that they took the time to go over the whole car and address issues that needed to be taken care of. I will definitely bring my car back to your dealership for service in the future.

Overall a very good experience. I knew which car I wanted, Jesus showed it to me and I bought it. There was no pressure to buy a different or more expensive vehicle. He was also very thorough and showing me all the features of the car and how to get it synced with my phone. After the sale he's been very good to follow up and make sure I did not have any other concerns.

This is the second SUV we have purchased from Carr Chevy. It was painless, no pressure and the sales staff was great. Shout out to Will Molina and Charles Watson who went above and beyond to make buying so pleasant. If you're looking for a no pressure buying experience or even just to look, give Charles a try. Also, Jamie Rourke, the service manager, has been easy and accommodating to work with for the last 8 years, since we bought our first car. I highly recommend Carr Chevrolet and their professional staff!

The sales person (Jason) was excellent. He listened to what I wanted and brought the perfect truck right up to the showroom door (it was 18 degrees out so I greatly appreciated not having to walk the lot). I felt like he was on my side in the negotiations and we were able to make a deal even though it was past closing time by the time we were finished.
Dupre in finance was great to work with and did a good job guiding me to the appropriate warranty for my needs.
I also appreciate the work of the detailer who was there after hours to make sure that my new truck was clean and looking good.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience.

This is the second time I've been to this dealersh...

This is the second time I've been to this dealership to just look at used cars on the lot. I completely know what I want, nothing was in the price range for that. The salesman was nice and did the same thing they did 2 years ago - drove me around in a higher-priced truck than what I wanted and tried to see if there was anything in the other lots (even though they have the ability to see what vehicles are where in their inventory system). I figured if we were going to another lot, they had something that I might want. When we got back to the dealership, the salesman said that he wanted to check on the price of one other truck that we didn't want to take time to look at. Instead, a new sales guy came out and smiled pretty and started trying to narrow down what we wanted. They did this to me last time too, I expected them to run around a little and do the song and dance. When he kept probing, I told him my exact requirements, except my price range. He says "just a minute let me check on a truck - I'll be quick" and pulls up in a truck that is nearly $13k MORE than the truck we had just been in even though price was obviously my issue. He sold it well, got my wife to drive it, etc. I decided to let this continue because she's never driven a large diesel, or a lifted truck (this was both). Great truck, but once we got back, the sale started heavy in the truck. "If I can get this in your price range, will you work with me?" he was VERY good at the principle of redirection. Everything came back to price - you betchya. I finally told him, fit this into a specific range and we'll talk, which I knew he could not possibly do. He made a funny look then talked about trade in and "making it work for you". I know what I want, I know the budget I want to be in, I know the mileage range we need to be in to make that happen. I said I wanted to do research so he whips out his phone "what research do you want? Edmunds, something else?" My wife and I talked afterwards - we were both seriously considering the truck but knew payments would be an issue. I didn't want to waste anyone's time, let alone our own. In the end, I had to get a little rude and tell the guy that it wasn't going to happen today and it turned into a guilt trip "oh, well you can do what you want, I can't keep you here obviously." This attitude is why people are losing their homes right now and you all want to use psychology to screw with people? Sorry, but I won't be back, even if I do find the perfect vehicle, in the perfect price range there. I'd write about my mother in law's service dept issues, but I've been negative enough. Since I expect a reply of something like "your expectations were unrealistic" from the dept that watches their reviews, I'll pre-reply that I'm going to another large dealership tomorrow that has what I want, in my price range and it doesn't mean I'll seal the deal tomorrow either.

They are SNAKES! I recently purchased a 2019 vehicle from this dealership. Before even leaving the lot I found the Bluetooth didn't work. They told me to bring it back in on Monday (this was a weekend) and their service team would fix it. Once home I also noticed there was food debris all over in the car, the speakers in the front kept fading in and out, and there were no car mats. Long story short, they ended up refusing to fix the Bluetooth so now I have to file small claims against them to get the issues repaired and have the car be in the shape it was supposed to be when sold to me. Please save yourself the headaches that I've had to go through and go to a different dealership.

Took the time to answer my questions, run numbers and ask if there was anything else I needed. Could not think of anyway to improve, it was awesome.

The people are great here. But the service made me worried. I took my car for a repairment (Dodge Challenger) and they sent it to Dodge. I get it back, but with something that isn't personally mine. Felt disgusted by it. And im worried to take it for service again. Maybe it was the Dodge people but im holding Chevy responsible for it for taking it there. Sorry

Worked with Andy and Tony over the internet to nail down the truck I was looking for and they made it happen with in my budget. Spent very little time a t the dealership, which is the way I like it, but my time there was pleasant. Very polite staff who were helpful while I was in the showroom. I would recommend working with Carr Chevy for your next purchase.

Only giving this place 4 stars because of Dupre and because Jesus was professional. On the other hand John R should not be allowed to work here with how he speaks and acts not only to customers but how badly he spoke of his management. He saw me in the first thing he did was give me a fist bump and ask me how old I was. That s not the type of behavior I would expect when I m buying a brand new car. He then proceeded to go on and condescend me as if I did not know what an extended warranty was and gap insurance and tried to sell me on every single thing that he could despite me saying twice I want to go through my credit union and I m not interested. I understand it s a finance managers job to sell these warrantees to people but he did not stop then I ended up signing some thing I was unaware of and he did not explain it to me and ended up screwing me over to an extended warranty I told him I didn t want. After signing everything he told me Id be receiving a follow up call if his boss did his job and called me .I would ve thought this guy was on drugs if I didn t see that he had been pounding rock stars. The way he was talking, and how fast he was talking through things. I stood up and he told me sit down I m not done yet when I thought I was done signing everything. Unacceptable behavior and extremely unprofessional. If Dupre didn t call me and have me come back in and fix everything (which thank you so much Dupre) I would not be recommending this place. I m advising any future buyers to not waste your time with John, especially young single woman.

I'd heard good things about Carr, and it sounds like they might be good with smooth sales when people don't question price at all.

Their chat and email systems were a little disorganized (I had to repeat info multiple times in emails). I am buying from out of state so this was all remote. After a few days I either called or Denny called me. He was on top of it right away and took care of things quickly and professionally.

At some point I called to make a cash offer and Denny was "unavailable" (they said out of the office) and they sent me to Nick. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but my interactions with Nick and the fact that he kept repeating he's the sales manager and has worked there for almost 20 years left me questioning their operation. Is Nick their "closer"? Good lord, I hope not.

That guy had a weird ego thing from the get go, saying he's Denny's boss so he can make any deal Denny could, he had full authority, etc. He took everything personally and had a stank attitude; he even attempted to falsely represent himself as the owner, until I asked him about 5 times directly if he was the owner of the dealership. When I pushed for Nick's supervisor/boss/superior's name/phone number, he gave me BS info (name of a manager in another department).

I get that tensions are high everywhere right now due to the pandemic - but Nick shouldn't be interfacing with customers if he can't handle a conversation about price without reading into haggling as a significant personal affront. At first I thought he was just using anger and a "screw you" attitude as a tactic so I as a female would just shut up and take the sticker price. It became pretty clear after a while his emotions were driving the sale. It seemed to really tick him off that I'd done my research and he had zero actual reasons to support his price (vs. mine).

In the end, Nick refused to even consider/check on a small service (safety) item I requested to seal this cash deal. That wasn't offensive to me per se, and maybe he had another deal on the line (though if he did I'm not sure why he didn't mention that to support his price argument), but I was a little surprised he was willing to let a cash offer walk out the door during these times, under these circumstances, over what would've been a very small (safety related) concession on his part.

The next day I called back to see if his boss wanted to deal, and Denny told me the car sold the night before - coincidentally less than an hour after I got off the phone with Nick. Did he call another customer who'd inquired about the van and offer them a deal just to make sure I couldn't buy it? That sounds way over the top...but given Nick's personality and level of anger at the end of our call, I wouldn't be surprised if he sent it to auction rather than allow me to try to buy it from his boss (or anyone else).

I've worked in sales for decades; this was at best really poor execution of sales. If this guy is their sales manager (he is), I have to imagine that culture is shady as hell. I'm grateful I didn't get a chance to buy the car because I would've worried afterward about how Nick would try to sabotage it - the paperwork, the handoff, etc. etc. Guys like him are a cancer in companies that are trying to do honest business.

Was a very good experience. Our sales guy knew what he was talking about and answered any questions that we had. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and got us the price and car we wanted. A+ experience. Dealer highly recommended. Finance guy was also very helpful, and got us through the finance process in a time efficient manner with no errors made in any of the paperwork. Would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from Carr Chevy.

Carr has been fair to me over the years. The purchases have gone smoothly from test drive, to negotiating the price, to finalizing the sale. The service has always been top notch as well. They have a nice lobby and the staff makes you feel welcome. For my last two vehicle purchases, I have worked with salesman Andrew Wisely (highly recommended) and sales manager Jaime (tough but fair). Both were easy to work with. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, look them up.

"Gene" at Carr Chevrolet was great to work with. He was patient with us as we went back and forth deciding what type of vehicle we wanted for our family. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best price, within our budget, yet not sacrificing the amenities that were important to us.
