I had been searching all over trying to find the perfect Grand Jeep Cherokee. I went to Carr Vancouver, met with Zach Bulosky and the process was flawless. Walked in saw my car, drove it, completed the process with little negations and the process was complete! Went to finance and was in and out in about 2 hours total process! Zach was very easy to work with and was not pushy at all! Definitely recommend this dealership and salesman!! Thank you Carr!

Crap ! I CALLED TO SCHEDULE FAMOUS GM Ignition switch recall, but no parts available, "we will call you once we get them", weeks after I call and figure my order not exist, parts still unavailable , they ask for same all info again and place me on wait lisr for parts, than 2 weeks after I called and run around the circle again like 2 other times I never called them, they first time hear my name, VIN, phone number!!! employees over there drinking coffee and dont even bother to type when they place an order! 3 times ! Really! CRAP! STAY AWAY! im not even talking about vehicles quality, they fallen apart at 50k miles, killing people , all GM does is cover up... making money is the only goal of GM. Bye bye chevy, Never again!!!

If you want to be treated with respect, dignity and priority don't go to the Carr Auto Group unless you're over 50 or planning to spending over $30k. You'll have your heart broken every time.

I can't stress how awful of an experience I had with the Carr Auto Group.

Really appreciated his patient, low key approach that was very focused on delivering us something we'd be happy to drive off in.

I called Fernando and told him my needs. He told me what I needed to do and said to come in about 2 o'clock which I did. Upon arrival Fernando immediately took me in and set me up for both my service, and with Joey, Carr's Specialty Products Advisor/Tech. While my newly aquire truck wad serviced Joey reviewed my questions and gave me options to think about. My truck was promptly serviced and I was on my way and happy with my visit.

We travelled 1.5 hours to Carr Chevrolet to look at a Dodge truck that they had on their lot. When we got there we were greated by Ben, from the beginning Ben was helpful and personable. Ben was up front and honest about not knowing the ins ans outs of the Dodge we were looking at (he knows chevys) but the info he did know was accurate. He made the car buying experices as comfortable as it can be. He was very easy to conversate with and kept us entertained through the long process.

This is the second time that I have come with Jesus. He is awesome helpful all the time! Today is my second time coming in and I'm trying to get a new car. I came to trade in my Jeep. Great to hear that Jesus asked me what I was looking for. I explained to him and he attentively listen. We looked at some cars and gave me some options. I was happy to know that he really cared and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. My mom has also purchased from him before and she recommend him. As he was helping me I was texting my friend and told her I was at the dealership. She also mentioned that her car was having trouble and she wanted a new one. I told her to come in because there customer services is great!!!! I really appreciate the help.

It all started with a phone call to Carr Checy to find out if a certain Camaro was still on the lot. Victoria answered my call and right from the start she was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She called me back within minutes letting me know the car was there. I dropped by later that evening. Though it was almost closing time she was patient and took the time to do a thorough test drive, explanation of the cars features, and listen to my concerns about my financials. The whole team that was helping me, Victoria, Nick, and Bill stayed well after closing to help me get my dream car - at the financials I needed! Thank you team!

I took my Tahoe in for a couple of warranty issues...

I took my Tahoe in for a couple of warranty issues today and Tyler was my advisor. He was amazing and able to correct one of the issues immediately which saved me having to leave my car for the day as the other issue was a known defect that required a future correction. Tyler was pleasant and fast. He also explained both issues thoroughly and got me out the door in less than an hour! Defnitely a happy customer! Thanks Tyler and Carr Chevy Service!

Having purchased an Aveo 3 years earlier, my wife and I went in with a pre-approval from our credit union. I knew the exact car that I wanted and what the KBB price should be. Right from the start, Kelly, our salesman went with the cheesy sell. I already wanted the car just needed to work out the numbers. Once we returned to the office, they kept asking for our credit history and SSN, despite us repeatedly telling them that we were not interested in any other financing other than from our credit union. After several rounds, they even tried to use the "after 9/11 we have to collect this information". That raised a HUGE red flag for me. We tried to politely leave several times and finally after we were ushered in to the closer, I had to forcefully tell them we were not buying a car while they followed us out of the office. I will not be buying nor recommending Carr again.

Charles was my salesman at Carr Chevrolet, and I have to say this guy knows his stuff. I had been to a couple other Chevy dealers that day and had trouble finding a salesman who knew what he was talking about. Then I met Charles, whose knowledge about the product was only outweighed by his friendly attitude. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership. Make more salesman like Charles, car gods!

The part to fix my air conditioning in my brand new Suburban was backordered. Huge Bummer since I was about to leave on a 2 week road trip with the family. Before I even asked, my service agent reserved me a complimentary rental and moved over my roof racks! My suburban was fixed and ready for me when I got home.

My wife and I had the same experience within a year buying two separate vehicles. Long delays in the car buying process. If you like seeing the inside of the dealership for three hours this is your spot.
Carr needs to incorporate iPhone style buying or cut out the middle man negotiation for purchase.
At least they could get a key for a test drive while my wife stands in the heat with a three year old and grandma.
Horrible.

I had a broken key fob and I had Ron Tonkin Chevrolet take a look at it. They were not particularly friendly, told me I needed an appointment and it would be around two hundred. One day later i went to Carr Chevrolet and wasn't quite sure where to go. A nice gentleman in service walked me back to parts. That gentleman was extremely nice and helpful, and even the cashier was exceptional. I was able to get the new key fob for just under 100.00. I cannot believe the difference between the service between these two shops. I would highly recommend and I am going to bring my car for any repairs to Carr Chevrolet.

Work done on my 2017 Malibu was done OK except (1) the problem with "REAR DOOR UNLOCKED" message that intermittently pops up on the dash info screen I still have, (2) a rodent problem in the HV/AC unit. PLEASE take care of this problem else next auto I'll buy from another auto company!, (3) shift to park problem should be covered under warranty. I paid $463.34 to have the "problem" corrected.

My overall experience with Carr for the last seven...

My overall experience with Carr for the last seven years has been very good. I bought the car from them in 2009 and they have done all the service. I've had everything from oil changes to piston rings replaced. Cari Krill, the service manager, helped me through some major repairs. He called me when he said he would call, he was knowledgeable of the work I was having done and was an advocate for me with GM. My only disappointment would be sometimes small things get missed i.e. resetting my oil life, not going over suggested repairs with me at the time of checkout and recently I had my battery replaced and the battery cover was not put back on.

The mechanic's rate is $134/hour. Although the service is quick and professional, the rate is excessive and not justified. We were charged $520 to replace the oil pressure sensor, which can usually be done in 30 minutes. We will not be returning there for future service.

Made an appointment online. Dropped car off on time with team that made me feel safe. I was given an estimate for 60 - 90 minutes for completion and a price a little higher than the coupon I brought in because I have more oil than the coupon covered. Car was ready to pick up in 50 minutes and it actually cost $2 less the the coupon amount because they found a better coupon. Great customer service. That's why this is my home dealer.

We recently purchased a new Chevrolet truck 3500. Our salesman was Matt G. He was so helpful and patient with us, because it was a journey that lasted about 6 months until we sold our house and were ready to buy. Carr Chevrolet side and Matt were all great, the frustration was with the Chevrolet dealer near Tacoma Washington. But once Matt delivered our truck everything was fine. Matt is a wonderful employee. Thank you so much again. You need more employees just like him.

I am so excited! I searched far and wide for my orange Subaru Crosstrek and I found it at Carr Chevrolet! Amidst the recent snowstorm, I traded in my Chevy Aveo for a much more appropriate AWD family car. The staff was great to work with and gave me a great trade in. My wife and I like to do a lot of research before making a big purchase. We were deciding between a couple of vehicles but then we found a 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid at Carr Chevrolet. We called to make sure the car was still available, we didn't want to drive from Salem for nothing. Leo Lopez was the guy answered the phone and made sure the car was still at the dealership. The minute we arrived we were treated very well. We were fortunate to have Leo as our salesman, he never pushed us, or made us feel rushed. After test driving the vehicle my wife and I decided to go for it. We had a trade in which was an 07 Xterra. We were firm on how much we wanted to get for the truck. As most people, I think, I hate playing the back and forth game you typically play at dealerships. So I told Leo what we wanted and if they couldn't match it then it was ok, we just take our xterra. I must say Leo kept his sense of humor and professionalism. My wife and I don't "negotiate" much, we ask for what we think it is a fair deal for everybody and if they accept it then it is a deal but if they don't then we'll keep looking, so we can be a little bit of a challenge for some salesmen. We got to meet the gentleman who was working the numbers in the back, also very cool and professional guy ( I am so sorry I forgot his name). He was trying to work it out and finally, after an hour or so, we were able to reach an agreement. We also had the chance to sit with Bill which is the "sign here please" guy. lol also pretty cool guy and not pushy at all as well, he gave us some "warranty" options and he took in consideration what our needs were. He let us decide what was the best for us and we got a good deal on the 48,000 miles warranty bumper to bumper. Thanks Bill. My wife and I are very very happy the transaction and with our Altima, we were treated great by Leo and the rest of the guys at Carr Chevrolet.

Went In for oil change and to check systems before warrenty exspires, they didn t rotate tires (stated they did) and did not check correct system so still backwards and now know warranty! Typical Chevrolet dealership service! Or lack there of! Atleast they didn t scratch or dent my car like other dealerships!

Amazing service and knowledgable staff. Jason Ambes was very patient with my driving and knew everything - and then some - about the vehicles I was interested in. He wasn't high-pressure or obnoxious either, which made purchasing a vehicle a pleasurable task.

I recently went to Carr Chevrolet, as I had previously heard good things about them and needed some help/assistance in the process, as this was my first purchase from a larger dealership. I was greeted by a man, named 'Scott'. Not once did he give me the run-around. He answered all my questions, without judgement from my lack of experience :) and I really felt he got what I wanted and didn't waste my precious time. The entire process lasted about 3 hours and I was able to walk away with an excellent vehicle and got a VERY fair prices for my older '98. I would certainly recommend anyone going there to make a purchase/trade.

I took a train, from Olympia to Portland, to take delivery on a 2017 Chevrolet Volt Carr Chevrolet was able to get for me, before any Chevy dealership in Western Washington. It was well worth the trip. Even the Uber driver who picked me up at the train station had good things to say, about Carr Chevrolet. The right price and a smooth transaction. And mine was not an easy transaction; Carr arranged for their Cadillac/GMC dealership, in Vancouver, to handle the licensing (and the Washington sales tax exemption for this car). I cannot say enough about the Carr Auto Group, Carr Chevrolet and, in particular, Andy Mulkey.

I agreed to both the trade in vehicle price and the new (used) vehicle price on the phone prior to arrival at the dealership. This makes for a much more pleasant buying experience at the Chevy Store. Andy Mulkey specifically did an outstanding job through all phases of the purchase and I would buy from again and recommend him to friends. I went with my husband but I was getting the car, and I never felt talked down to or patronized because I'm a woman. Car shopping is not anyone's favorite activity... however, Leo Lopez at Carr Chevy, made the process a breeze! I've never been happier with a car shopping experience. My husband and I are leaving elated with the car we wanted without having to have struggled. It was so nice to feel like a car guy was truly on "your side."

I brought my truck in for its first service in ear...

I brought my truck in for its first service in early February and mentioned it had a weird thing it was doing. I picked up the truck after work was told the parts and service was just under $500. I wasn t thrilled with the bill on a truck I just purchased a few months earlier but I paid it and got on the road. Within a few blocks it was easy to tell the problem was not fixed. I went back to schedule for it to be looked at again and retuned the next morning. They said they didn t have a loaner to give me which was a major inconvenience. The next calls were to tell me it would be over $2000 to fix. I argued that since the money I already spent was worthless to fixing my truck and that I had the lifetime warranty as well as invested in an extended warranty. Fast forward to 6-7 weeks later and being without my truck while service supposedly haggled with Warranty issues and how to fix the truck, it still has an issue. I have asked my warranty s be transferred to another Chevy dealer. I have been waiting for a call back regarding my trucks issues and to follow up on my warranty transfer request. It s been the worst service experience I have ever had at Carr and yet I was really happy with the sales experience. Truly disappointed and will never do business there again or recommend them to anyone.

I visited CARR to get my 2nd oil change that was awarded to me as part of leasing my 2018 Chevy Volt. Well, when I got there, it turned out that I needed to pay for my oil change. What a terrible surprise! We are still in a pandemic, and I've been teaching from home everyday, while caring for an immune-compromised family member. Needless to say, it hasn't been easy for anyone. Regardless of when I use the credit, I should've still been awarded that 2nd oil change. Super disappointing.

These guys at Carr took our car, told us they were getting us into a car. Well whatever the reason the bank denied the loan, so they come and get the car, but now they say they don't have to give our car back, nor the money because it went to pay the towing fees.. they towed the car less then two miles. Do not do business with Carr.

Daryk was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process and able to answer all of my questions. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, I experienced professional, friendly and top notch customer service and would recommend Carr Chevrolet to friends or family.

I took my 2015 CTS V Cadillac for an oil change, I was told it would be 30 minutes; 2 hours later the car still had not been services. I had to leave for work , as I work at a local hospital. I was given a CARR fleet car.
When I returned few hours later my car was on the lift, waiting for me because the front end was so out of alignment the tires were dangerous to drive on. I was sold 2 tires for over $800. + alignment. Less then one year later, My front tires are again worn out dangerously on the inside. I called CARR , there is 90% tread on the outside and center. I was told they only warranty 3 months! Don't use this dealer!. Their service department personnel is less then helpful. I was given the fast talking excuse for they don't care!

They did a good job of polishing the bit of waste product they sold me. This is an edit of what was a rave review. Please don't be as naive as I was.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have your used cars checked by an independent mechanic. These guys tossed in a new battery which covered over a parasitic battery drain and I bet they knew of the mechanical issues I also had to repair.

Caveat Emptor, especially when dealing with these snakes.
