My wife and I like to do a lot of research before making a big purchase. We were deciding between a couple of vehicles but then we found a 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid at Carr Chevrolet. We called to make sure the car was still available, we didn't want to drive from Salem for nothing. Leo Lopez was the guy answered the phone and made sure the car was still at the dealership. The minute we arrived we were treated very well. We were fortunate to have Leo as our salesman, he never pushed us, or made us feel rushed. After test driving the vehicle my wife and I decided to go for it. We had a trade in which was an 07 Xterra. We were firm on how much we wanted to get for the truck. As most people, I think, I hate playing the back and forth game you typically play at dealerships. So I told Leo what we wanted and if they couldn't match it then it was ok, we just take our xterra. I must say Leo kept his sense of humor and professionalism. My wife and I don't "negotiate" much, we ask for what we think it is a fair deal for everybody and if they accept it then it is a deal but if they don't then we'll keep looking, so we can be a little bit of a challenge for some salesmen. We got to meet the gentleman who was working the numbers in the back, also very cool and professional guy ( I am so sorry I forgot his name). He was trying to work it out and finally, after an hour or so, we were able to reach an agreement. We also had the chance to sit with Bill which is the "sign here please" guy. lol also pretty cool guy and not pushy at all as well, he gave us some "warranty" options and he took in consideration what our needs were. He let us decide what was the best for us and we got a good deal on the 48,000 miles warranty bumper to bumper. Thanks Bill. My wife and I are very very happy the transaction and with our Altima, we were treated great by Leo and the rest of the guys at Carr Chevrolet.
