Service department has the worst customer service....

Service department has the worst customer service. I was recommended to bring my car to have it fixed by Chevrolet from Toyota(where I bought the car). Thinking that they would fix the TSB issued by Chevrolet at no cost. Like Toyota would for their cars. Was talked down treated as if I knew nothing by Fernando in the service department. Too bad he ruined my impression of your dealership. Won't ever be going there again.
