The customer service team was responsive and resolved the issue in a timely manner, but it was still a hassle to deal with. In terms of quality, the carpet seems to be holding up well so far. While my experience was not exceptional, it was not terrible either. I would consider purchasing from them again, but I hope for a smoother experience next time.
