Do not use this company. I was a driver on the interstate with one of their insured dump trucks in front of me that had a rock fly out into my windshield. All I asked for was the windshield be replaced before it got worse as the cold months approach. This company denied the claim because I do not have physical proof (the rock or dash cam video?) that the rock came from the truck. My question is, how do I prove that the only dump truck on the road was in front of me, and suddenly a rock slams into my windshield. State DOT records show that the truck was working on a road expansion (which uses gravel, rock and dirt) at that area of the interstate. Sadly, it seems as if they have found a loophole to avoid doing what is right. I would never choose to do anything that was not the right thing to do, especially over a couple hundred dollars. This is the same to me as calling me a liar, and my warning to anyone reading this is, don't align yourself with liars.

The worse insurance company ever they have no respect they feed you lies and hang up the phone as if the phone has been disconnected they don't deserve any stars

There has been major changes/improvements in work place culture in the past few years. I have worked in actuarial for the past 4 years and can see that other employees have been much more empowered to change/shape the company. It has been a really refreshing experience seeing these changes and how various departments working together have turned results around so quickly. I love my job and my managers are extremely fair and easy to work with. I just wanted to comment after seeing the other dated comments which may have been somewhat more valid years ago before new management and new initiatives, but don t appear appropriate as of now in the workplace by my account. It doesn t allow me to give 4.5 stars (always room to grow)

Overall good place to work. Company has good management team that came in early 2016. Totally changed the company for the best. Focus is on the customer, innovation and work culture. The people that work here are awesome. We work hard but we have fun too. A lot of people with impressive backgrounds and experiences. Parent company is a fortune 350. You get the small company feel with the big company financial backing. Overall, if you re competent, have a good attitude and like the insurance business, this is a great place to work.
