I recently purchased new carpet from this company and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated the variety of options available. The delivery process was smooth and the installation went as expected. However, I did encounter a small issue with one of the carpet rolls not being cut to the correct size, which was a bit inconvenient. The customer service team was responsive and resolved the issue in a timely manner, but it was still a hassle to deal with. In terms of quality, the carpet seems to be holding up well so far. While my experience was not exceptional, it was not terrible either. I would consider purchasing from them again, but I hope for a smoother experience next time.
