The sea and the beautiful beach, equal to the Maldives.

Poor food and cleanliness that leaves a lot to be desired !! Village better suited to locals than European tourists certainly not 5 star and I will definitely not be back !!!

The hotel is most probably the best in matrouh. Seafood restaurant is most probably the best one in the hotel

Worst customer service I ve ever seen in Egypt. Other than the beach nothing is good, bad for hosting meetings and worst customer service ever, the receptionists and reception manager are rude and has no experience in customer service and the security is really bad as if they want people to not come to hotel and keep it empty. So not worthy of how much they charged us

Poor place

I'm not used to village but I had a good experience here. The staff is very kind, food is average I didn't expect more from a village, the beach is very nice with clean and warm (in August) water. Not far from the village is it possible to reach, on feet, El Gouna beach.
The only annoying rule of the village is that everyone has to be out of the water at 7.00PM because Marsa Matrouh is a military area. This is also the reason why there is nothing attractive out of the village but everything is very safe so no worries about being a military area.
Siwa oasis tour is high recommended.

Masterpieces are very good, but the price is expensive ... They calculate it in foreign currency, Matrouh beaches really proved to be the best always ... The service is excellent, everything is carefully thought out.

On of the hidden jewels in Egypt, this beauty is located at Marsa Matrooh. The sea is breath taking. The food sometimes is not that good but the management immediately responds to your complaint and will do their best to please you

We were on vacation the second half of July 2019, the village is nice enough, nice and big, the Chamber that given year beginning nn I liked the plan that was the fourth and final and then was on the corner but then we understood that it was in the best place no one bothered us, very large and well furnished, we liked very much, the sea really very beautiful a bay always protected from the wind and the blue sea and clean type carabi, a flaw the restaurant the food was more x egyptians on holiday who x us italians, should vary better, and then there was not even their local wine and beer, if you wanted to pay with high prices, all in all we were fine but nn fine, I don't know if I would go back, at least nn change something,

The place is a masterpiece but as a very bad management interest in the foreign pest is much higher even though in a big price difference. Of course, the Egyptian accommodation price is more expensive than the foreigner

This village is simply beautiful, surrounded by greenery and with a charming bay .... The rooms are very spacious and the cleanliness is definitely of excellent quality .... The restaurant offers dishes for every type of palate .... The staff Egyptian is always very kind and helpful .... Franco, who together with Mina have advised us on the excursions to do have always proved very kind and prepared .... Even the Egyptian guides starting from MOUSAB, Naghi, and Magdy are They are truly exceptional in accompanying us on the excursions we have undertaken and are very prepared and competent in their work ... Thank you all for introducing me to this wonderful country ...

Very beautiful and large village directly overlooking the beautiful sea, even the rooms are spacious and very clean. The beach is always clean spacious and well equipped. To improve the buffet where you have lunch and dinner, absent Italian entertainment.

I enjoyed so much fun ... I actually felt the word hospitality among the staff in the hotel. I felt that the hotel walls are welcoming me .... Although there is nothing else in the hotel, but everything is working, but I ask for and at the highest level .... they want They simplify you, but ... and the respected hotel manager, our intention is coffee, in a gesture, and not the most wonderful and expected of the courteous courteous in the hotel.

Wonderful and imaginative paradise of God in his land

The sea is a masterpiece and the otel is very sweet and the scenery of God is sweet.

1)No internet , although it was written on google that there is paid internet but, No internet .When we arrived they told us at the reception that there will be internet at the lobby ,resturant and on pool but the rooms will not have internet , but when we tried to log in at the lobby ..we got nothing toooooo slow nothing is working .so if u can not live without intrnet do not come here.
2)Hotel is clean **** for that.
3)Staff is helpful **** for that.
4)Food is ok *** for that, I got an all enclusive offer ,my kids enjoyed the free coke and pizza for snacks .Water is free from dispensers which are placed in every snack place or resturant and you are given one bottle in the room everyday.
5)Beach is great ..clear water no crowds .

The floor lamp in the room has a very dangerous bare wire. My wife became electrified by her, be careful if you have children with you
They advertise that they serve American coffee, but this is not true. They provide cheap instant coffee - the towels smell bad and are dirty.
Untrained cleaning staff, staring at the guests in a very rude manner, making no privacy whatsoever.
The hotel is very crowded with Egyptian guests who swim and watch the ladies on the beach all the time.
