Everyone is very helpful. Michael and Tiffany have always been especially helpful. A great place to stay.
Had a good clean room. Also had a good breakfast in the morning. Only complaint is the pool closing at midnight
Beautiful hotel! Great complimentary cocktail hour. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
What a fabulous place! The many folks who make this their daily job are a great group and are truly dedicated to the reputation Embassy has and maintains. I love visiting here!
I attended an event. It was well done and organized
Rooms were very nice. Helpful staff an the complimentry drinks and food were great
We were traveling with our kids and large dog and this hotel was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and video games. It was extremely pet friendly. We had plenty of space for 5 people and the dog in a 2 room suite. The value is incredible. The included made to order breakfast buffet and happy hour are so convenient. We will definitely be looking for Embassy suites during future travels!
Spacious rooms, great facilities with conference rooms and plenty to do once you need to relax. Big parking lot.
The event room at the hotel was very clean and we'll laid out.
Excellent hotel! Managers reception is very nice, breakfast is excellent. Our suite was great! We'll be back next time we come through Colorado.
Price includes suite, pool, hot tub, happy hour free cocktails with hors douvers, and a delicious breakfast buffet with omlete/pancake station. The bed was very comfortable. Only draw back was the view, which was of the roof and a/c unit. Not a problem was far more interested in the bed than the view.
I'm staying the night here tonight. So far it has been disappointing. There is a baseball tournament somewhere nearby and the hotel is filled with drunk parents and unsupervised children. Way to set the example mom and dad. I live close by and thought it would be nice to take my wife and son on a mini vacation. Should have stayed home. Not the hotels fault in any way but disappointing for me and my family.
The hotel is beautiful. However, the rooms are thin so you can hear everything. The rooms are nice with big beds and a lot of space. But the staff lost my reservation so I was almost out of a room. Beware of that
Hey posh, intimate, yet quiet atmosphere. The food and drinks were vey good and reasonably priced. Excited to go back.
Excellent place!!!! Thank your for providing rooms for fire evacuees
I was there for a work conference and did not stay the night. The conference facilities were plenty large and there was plenty of room for breakout sessions.
Great atmosphere....our first time in Colorado and this hotel is a plus Thank you
Great hotel and conference center. Reminds me of OpreyLand hotel minus the river through the middle.
Ample parking, really good facilities and plenty restaurants and shopping close by. Big rooms as well
Very nice stay. Morning breakfast is cooked downstairs fresh. Clean and spacious rooms, and free drinks in the evening. It also has a very nice spacious indoor pool and hotub area it wasn't crowded at all. The only downside is the hotel hotub is a little loud if you turn the jets on.
well its infested bedbugs and my husband henry Rodriguez said he got a std many times from this place in the past gross i said to him. thats why we are getting a divorce..
hes up for the crabs oh. i mean grabs ladies
I reserved a double queen suite. Upon arrival, I was told they gave my room away & that the hotel was completely booked but they could put my family & I in a King Suite, which wouldnt work for us. Moments later she calls housekeeping & now a double queen rm is available? I was confused? Did she just lie to us? I didnt question it. Keys were recieved. Usually the front desk gives you some sort of information about breakfast? Amenties available? Complimentary hour? Nothing! Got to the room. Decided to try the resturaunt downstairs The Rocky River Bar/Grille. The menu on the website is not accurate. I call & was told I need to retrieve menu downstairs. There is a QR CODE to scan for the menu near the bar. Very limited. Also assuming its Complimentary cocktail hour & liquor beverages are free, I was charged $3.50 each for our soda. No lids. No drink carrier. I had to call my husband downstairs to help me carry our beverages back to our room. Food was ok. Masks are required in building. Pool was open. Didnt try the breakfast, I didnt know if they served breakfast. With the Covid restrictions. There is a Starbucks near the entryway which was nice. Would I stay here again? Probaly not. Being a Hilton Diamond member, for the price I paid this hotel kind of disappointed me.
Veterans day meeting place.
Great venue!
Great rooms and service, definitely recommend staying here.
The staff is friendly, the accommodations are amazing, and overall the stay is very comfortable.
Service and staff were great but the individual room layout was challenging on getting the atmosphere and lighting correct.
Extremely nice, nicest place I every saw nice workers, etc
The spa is incredible.....very nicely done....AND Shelly the esthetician is magical.....highly recommend
The maintenance staff did a great job of responding quickly when we had an issue. Overall the venue was clean, and satisfactory, although the bathrooms were quite far away from the ballroom.
I was there as a guest for the Miss Colorado USA Pageant, and the hotel was housing all of us. It was a nice place with wonderful pillows XD and the breakfast bar was absolutely amazing!!!
Lovely conference center hotel with large lobby and many quite areas to sit and work or visit with friends... Rocky River Grill in lobby area is excellent.
I come here for the Tesla supercharger, but almost always pick up a coffee or drink at the bar. Employees are great, interior is fresh and interesting, plenty of places to chill for a few minutes and relax.
Husband and I stayed here for a night and also visited the spa. All around very nice location and exceeded expectation. Staff was amazing and they are what made this a 5-6 star rating for me. Thank you!
Great conference center. Food and beverage service was better than expected. Wifi was a bit slow though.
Went to an event at the conference center. Great conference center, good service.
Love this hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is always great! One and only complaint is that the mountain view rooms are quite noisy with the interstate traffic, especially if you re not used to noise at night.
Nice venue, good for business meetings. Easy to get to. Down side, Rooms have not been updated since they opened.
Nice place... air-conditioning questionable...overall great experience..
This is one of our favorite Hilton properties. The rooms are spacious and the pool is nice and well ventilated. We got a premium suite that provides snacks and water. There was a wide variety of snacks and the waters were in the fridge and cold which was a plus. The kids have really enjoyed the snacks. The complimentary breakfast is good and well stocked. As always it has been a positive experience.
Great place for reunions. Also have a happy hour that can't be beat!
Clean rooms, friendly service though the hotel isn't near too many restaurants
Beautiful and clean as always. Like a good Coors you know what you're gonna get before you ever open those doors.
Just used their tesla super charger while at dinner
Nice new hotel....dont book mountain view rooms as you'll get the noise from i25 all night long...the managers reception was way worse than other embassy suites....chips, salsa and drinks. Not what we expected for our last evening in colorado.
This facility is always clean and well kept. The staff is attentive and sets up the rooms just as requested. The rooms ha e a great ambiance and are large enough for any event I would want to hold there. I would definitely recommend this facility for any event, large or small, that you need a room for!
Excellent free continental breakfast for guests and also available for Tesla owners from the supercharger outside
I'm staying in a suite for a business conference. The hotel is very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff and our business meetings are just perfect. Thank you
I was there for a karate testing event. It was a very good experience.
Friendly staff!! Made our stay with tons of hockey boys smooth
I was there for a conference. The building was spotless, the rooms were huge and had partitions to size them according to need, the food was excellent, and the staff was curteous and efficient.
Would love to stay here again! Clean, great food, excellent service!
Not a long stay, but very good in terms of quality and comfort. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay, very good staff, clean and professional.
One of my favorite places to stay. Unfortunately, this time is for a fire evacuation. The Red Cross is doing an awesome job taking care of us evacuees. Thanks Red Cross & Embassy Suites!
They tell us that red cross i here . No one will answer the phone . Homes are burning .smh
The honesty and integrity of their management / security is laughable. I attempted to have a conversation with their quote manager quote and let him know that one of my co-workers had already spoke to security. He interrupted me and very rudely told me that they didn't have security. I then pointed out that he had a badge on his vest with security written across it and said that my coworker must have been confused by a badge that looked like his. Needless to say, he became even more abrupt and rude after I pointed out the obvious fact that he was lying. Bottom line is, I will never ever stay at an embassy suites and I will let everybody I know know how rude and unacceptable their behavior is.
Recently stayed here using our Hilton honors points. We live south of Denver and wanted a little getaway for our 10 anniversary. I was in charge this year of deciding what to do. I eventually chose this hotel because of the attached spa. (Spa Botanica) I have never received spa services before, but my wife has and thought why not something different. I thought about separating this review into two parts but feel people staying here need to know about this wonderful spa. My wife and I own a hair salon south of Denver and can be picky when it comes to services and atmosphere. This place met and exceeded all expectations.
We arrived at the hotel early but the hotel was ready for us and allowed us to check in early. (1pm) We spent the early afternoon relaxing in the beautiful pool area, and enjoying the hot tub. This was a Thursday so no one was there. I made a reservation for a couples massage at 4:30, we arrived at the spa at 4:15 to super friendly people. After filling out some paper work we were given keys to our lockers which had robes and sandals. The locker rooms where amazingly clean, bright, and full of amenities. WE then made our way to the lounge where there where light snacks and water that had cucumber and berries in it. So refreshing! After meeting our therapists we were shown the couple room which was very relaxing. The massage was great. (my first) but my wife said it was the best she has ever had, and she has had close to 3 dozen all over the country. After the massage we were treated to champagne! Great touch! After changing and on our way out they gave us 2 free large coffee's from the Starbucks located in the lobby! Just wait it gets so much better. We then went to the managers reception, which included craft beer, guacamole, chips, salsa, chicken skewers, (which were amazing) and other drinks! There is an army of staff cleaning and straightening chairs and at this point I had to tell someone how great the experience is going! I flag down a manager (Steve) and tell him how great everything is! He is super friendly and asks us several questions about our stay, he then brings us menus to their restaurant and after a great dinner comps our dessert for our anniversary! So nice and not expected! We then go up to our room were we find two glasses, dinnerware, a really fancy plate of brownies, a note congratulating us on our 10th anniversary, signed by 2 dozen employees, and another note saying there is more in the fridge! yes! a bottle of champagne, and a large plate of cheeses and fruit! Where are we!?!!? WOW!! if you could see us we were glowing! We felt so special. And they did this while we were eating dinner...What an awesome and unexpected surprise! Breakfast the next day was so yummy too! Thanks you Embassy Suites for an amazing experience. We will be back!
To sum it up....

This is a nice ,big spacious hotel to stay in this location.Staff is extremely friendly and lobby is big
Rooms are nice and comfortable
Breakfast is average and happy hours at the restaurant can keep you happy.
Cab service to the nearby shops is great, and if you have earned Hilton honors you will have free access to water and snacks from the machine in an upper floor
Rooms were clean, location great, and service was awesome.
Great free breakfast, comfortable rooms with separate living area. Cozy bedding and great views to the west!
Clean and modern. Vending machines are a mess though.
