This hotel is wonderful! We have already stayed at other hotels in Sharm el Sheikh, but this is our favorite! Very charming, friendly, good restaurants, good service, beautiful facilities, and a beautiful coral reef! Only positive points!

Very beautiful and well-groomed area, a lot of pools. The staff is friendly and friendly (almost all))). Beautiful reef, nice beach. Many restaurants (we really only went to Italian, there is very tasty pasta ) and, in general, delicious food (maybe not too diverse, but you won't be hungry)). Nice one, our family enjoyed theis holiday in Reef oasis blue bay resort. Hotel territory, food, pools, sea, accommodations were quite good. But one notice: do not take a trip to Soho, there are nothing to do and buy. And terrible parking.

Was staying there from 28th november till 1st december this year and it was awesome :) food was really good because you could use the many different theme restaurants, the beach and the hotel's reef are great for snorkeling. animation is always friendly but not intrusive. especially talking to daniela was a joy :) will definitely think about coming back there in 2019

We rested in November, the hotel is good, the beach and reef super, personal welcome, the service can be a little better ... the conditions related to the pandemic are respected.
Overall it's good.

For relatively little money - a great hotel. A huge territory, I have not seen this anywhere else. Very beautiful landscape design, everything is surrounded by flowers and greenery. Every 5 minutes a small open bus runs through the territory, which picks up everyone at the stops and takes wherever you want. So even if you live far from the reception, this is not a problem.

The hotel has many swimming pools, only 1 of them is heated, so it is always crowded around it. All other pools are beautiful, of different depths, but it's cool to swim there. There is a mini-water park with three slides. There is a relaxation area with a plunge pool, where children are not allowed to enter and there is a lounge. There is a diving school with a deep pool and equipment. Each location has a bar.

The descent to the beach by elevator, the beach is huge, there are enough sun beds for everyone. There is almost no entry into the water from the shore - an adult is waist-high, then stones and buoys. There is a pier and 2 launches. The pier itself stands on a beautiful reef and you can dive and look at fish and plants.

The food is varied. There is no separate table for children, but there are many options to feed the children - a bunch of stewed and boiled dishes, mashed potatoes, rice, vegetables, etc.
There are snack bars: in one they make pizza, in the second they make pizza and grill, in the third they make burgers and hot dogs, and in the fourth they make sandwiches. Everything is delicious and fresh.

It is recommended to take alcohol with you from the place of departure. Drinking local drinks is impossible and even harmful. The only delicious thing is draft beer.

In the evening there is animation, the guys try very hard, but it is impossible to do everything on their own, and the touring bands, apparently, do not stop by. In the evening, animators gather groups for a trip to one of the local clubs. It costs $ 15

There is a spa. Very expensive price - 60 min massage + wrap about $ 50.

No early check-in, but the bracelet is put on immediately. Get ready initially from home so that you change in the toilet behind the reception and leave your suitcases on the street unattended until 14.00. Everyone does this and, as I understand it, this is the norm. But you do not waste half a day waiting, but you are already swimming, sunbathing, eating.

Wi-Fi is available near each location and at the reception. It is not in the rooms.

The hotel is very popular with Ukrainians and there are some Italians separately. Everything is separate for them, even the beach and the restaurant, so they practically don't intersect with anyone)

In general, the impression is positive, considering that this is a hotel of a very inexpensive price category.

I had a great time. The reception was warm and sincere. Fifi was magnificent!

The hotel area is a dream. Great rooms and various pool areas, various restaurants and a good gym.
The whole area is located near the beach.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Smaller deductions I forgive for the strongly on the Russian-speaking guests is designed so that the other nations can not follow here.

The hotel recently reopened after quarantine. We would like to mention that all measures to prevent COVID-19 infection are observed. The temperature is measured daily at the entrance to the restaurant. Disinfection and sanitation remedies are everywhere. Therefore, we want to mention that it is a safe place for your rest. We recommend this hotel with confidence.

Beautiful place with many of facilities, but without management or services .

Staff barely speaks English and thinks that everyone is from Ukraine which gets insulting with time. If you don t speak Russian this place may be not so pleasurable...

The food is really bad. Not good alcohol, only some local disgusting products. Service is very poor and does not live up to the expectations. Don't go here if you want to eat some nice food!!!

Oh and I forgot, the wifi in the hotel is basically non existent.

Large, comfortable, beautiful, green hotel. Normal service and food, normal beach, although lovers of sun loungers will encounter their shortage at peak hours. Room cleaning is bad with tips, without them. Which, however, is characteristic of all hotels in Egypt in this price category.
Everything is fine in general, except for the red and barely warm water in the bathroom from the taps, up to the lack of hot water in the evening, when everyone comes to the rooms from the beach and starts to wash. It's January. The pressure is weak. From the crane air can just jerk. And it really spoils the impression of the hotel.
Repeated complaints about the temperature of the shower water do not solve the problem. After treatment, there is always a reaction - an employee arrives, reports that they eliminated the problem with the boiler, but it is still cold to take a shower the next day. Water is hot only when it is not particularly needed. The performance of the boiler in a residential building is clearly not enough.
The staff is polite and courteous. The dining room has high bandwidth.

A beautiful reef, but an old not more then 3 star hotel and very bad customers service

Was great stay in reef oasis blue bay in sharm alshaik and staff was super great specially mr jorden josif in front line was so helpful and kind and mostfa ibrahim in dining make us feel as we are in home.the hotel is wonderful view in pool and clean rooms and its perfect for family

In Egypt for the first time. On the advice of friends, I rested in the Reef Oasis blue bay. The hotel is very satisfied. Everything is at the highest level, including safety. For those who are afraid of the coronavirus, you can forget about them here. The staff is masked, there are sanitizers. Everything is disinfected. Super. Here you can definitely relax and unwind.
In addition to the beach, there are 3 main swimming pools, one with sea views, 1 for 16+ and 1 family with water slides and jacuzzi. There are also several pools with jacuzzi near the beach.
For those who love outdoor activities - volleyball, aquaerobics, diving center right in the hotel, yoga, dancing, evening entertainment. In short, I recommend

It was a week in heaven, the hotel is luxurious, room was wide clean and comfortable, infinity pool with sea view , aqua park, beach with breath taking coral reef which gives amazing snorkeling experience and before all of these the most friendly staff members I have ever seen, really everyone in the hotel deserve the warmest regards, thanks for everything.

Very good garden, good reef. But the hotel needs to be renovated and cleaned as they show themselves as 5 star but it's maximum 4. The worth thing is feeling that they prefer italian guests but not Ukrainian ( although Ukrainians rent more rooms so bring more money). But when group of italian guests arrived ( about 100) they closed one restaurant just for them, they run in the beach and bring them towels ( although there are lots places to change its), they gave them the best and closer to the beach rooms etc. I paid for DELUXE ROOM but had to live 3 days in standard one ( they put kettle there to make it deluxe :-/ ). As all rooms that start 6 are not deluxe. So i had struggle that made my vacation not pleasant at the beginning. So be careful there. It's Egypt. The main thing there is SEA. :-)

We stayed in the hotel in July 2019. The beach and sea is wonderful but service is extremely pure( the waiters don't see people, they look only on the floor and even if you catch someone, you have to wait for your oder at least 5 minutes. There were quite long lines to take some meet during lunch and dinner time. Our rooms weren't cleaned good, there were some dust on the furniture, floor in the bathroom wasn't washed every day. I don't recommend this hotel to stay!
