Excellent work. My computer is lightning fast now. They need to work on scheduling and customer service though. I think they sometimes get swamped with work and keep things tied up longer than expected. These are good, sincere and I think honest young folks and I wish them success.

This is a two part review the first part is positive I need a laptop for work and it crashed and needed one in a pinch. Went there and they knew exactly what the problem was and could fix it. Then I was able to get a laptop on the spot for a fair price. It s actually a lot better then the one I had. No complaints. The second part is not so good. When I called to ask the price I was told it and it was fair. The problem is when I told them I don t have the power cord for it right away I was accused of lying and the tone was well we will check the camera cause this happens all the time so basically accusing me of being some sort of con artist. Really I m gonna con someone for a $20 power cord I own my own business and am not hard up for money especially $20. I don t have the power cord so I m sure it s there but they were in such a rush that day I know this because when they invoices me for the laptop I bought they wrote the wrong price. I m on the road a lot and pretty much knew it would be more than the 30 days I had to claim it but really what s the point if it has no power cord. So they can keep it and do as they please. I for one won t go back there for anything to be treated in a way that makes it appear I m a liar or con is not the type of people or business I want to associate with. As far as knowledge and repairs I can t say good or bad because I won t get my laptop back but the one they sold me is great. My advice make sure you keep an eye on your stuff if not you will be accused of being a liar or con man.
My business partner took her laptop and my printer into Carolina Computer Solutions in order to sync them together. One of the employees told me a ink cartridge blew up on me in your printer. I cleaned it out but now your printer won't stay on. I was told by the employee that he would fix it. I was told by the owner that it would be handled to my satisfaction. Here's how they handled it. They handed me back a printer that will no longer cut on at all. Now I have to go buy new printer. I can say with certainty that I am 100% NOT satisfied.
In August of 2015, I needed a website for my business and was quoted $700+. Before I would commit to the service I wanted to speak with the owner about another business related issue. I requested he contact me several times. As of January 2016, I have not heard from him. This is no surprise really. I contacted him in 2010 about a website for another business. He never called back with a quote. He has potentially lost over $1500 because of his complacency. Maybe he doesn't need the money!

I've dealt with this business for a while, if I ever need server or website help they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very rare to find a local business as reliable as them!
Great staff. Give free estimates on repairs and even advised me against a repair that wouldn't be worth the money.
I've called several times and I get a recorded message for the holidays several weeks earlier. I've gone by there during business hours and found no one and no sign explaining why the doors were locked, but the folks next door say "they were there yesterday." Glad my problem wasn't an emergency.
If I could rate them less I would. Dropped off my computer to have it updated from Windows 7 pro to Windows 10. Ken told me it would take about 2 days. 3 weeks later and still no computer. Been by office half a dozen times no one ever there. Called a dozen times never an answer. At this point I just want my computer back!! Horrible company to deal with! Zero customer service!
Absolutely incompetent service. Told me they will be able to resolve my easy problem in a couple of days. A week later they still did not do anything and gave me an excuse that they've tried to call me to ask what they should do next and could not get through to me on my cell phone.
