I have been working with the team from Bay Computing Group for more than a decade. They take care of all of our IT needs from server, desk top, lap top down to our phone line. Many of the staff have been there for over ten years. We like the fact they have multiple team members taking care of the client's account. We tried some other IT service providers prior to Bay Computing and this is the best IT company we hire. That is why we are still with them after all these years. Thank you for making my job easier to run our office and keep up the great work!

I hired these guys while managing IT for a previous employer. Initially I was impressed with the service. Unfortunately, that went out the door along with the wonderful team that was mistreated by this company's ownership. BCG became a revolving door, and when that many employees come and go then it must say something about the guy at the wheel. Save yourself some serious frustrations, and multiple introductions - look for managed services elsewhere.
