Very nice staff and super good service. If you, as a family father, would like to surf on vacation again and cannot take a lot of scuffle with you, you should get the Irig One with an Airwindsurf SUP from boards & more. Everything fits together in a backpack and can be easily taken to the beach. My daughter can also learn to surf with the combi very easily.

Great advice by phone, great price, I was even recommended the cheaper product because it was a savings offer. Something was wrong with the bag. I wrote an email at the beginning of the year and was told that a new one would be produced, but it would take a while. So today (November) I suddenly received a package with a new bag.
I haven't used the board since late summer and haven't even had it in my head.
I am very happy about it.

I am really disappointed with the online service. I order an item for my paddle board at the beginning of June, the item is out of stock until mid-August then finally I wait until September. I am not notified of the shipment. I need to claim the tracking number.
I realize the package has returned to the sender. No one informs me and in addition to that I receive an email asking me to pay my bill (paid by card on the day of the order in June.) Finally, they annoy my order. The person ends our exchange by telling me that I will still be able to write in English next time.
Sorry for not knowing English.
