Carnivore Nairobi Review

Food was very good and the feeling in the restaurant was very good. I liked the place.

It is the ever Carnivore experience. Unparalleled, and ever refreshing.

Wasn t too impressed, I had heard a lot and had really high expectations. First off the menu of the exotic meats was limited to ostrich, crocodile and ox balls on the night I visited, but no actual ox balls were served. The crocodile meat was really nice, so where the chicken wings and pork sausages. The beef was dry and the fries were served very late. They had a nice ginger and honey cocktail which works wonders on a cold and sore throat. Nice cozy ambience. It was a nice experience in all and I would recommend a stop over.

Before the prohibition of wild life hunting, people will be able to taste all kinds of meats of animals. Thanks God, they don't serve any more! Though, the BBQ is still very delicious, especially "Yama Choma"(roasted beef), don't miss it!

Great restaurant with a big choice of meat. You can eat as long you want( as long a flag on your table is up). Whole time you got different meat from different animals( you even can taste crododile meat, and yeah it's really delicious - like chicken). There are only 2 of this restaurants in the world, and if you have opportunity to visit it do not waste it. Price is good. Cleanless is perfect. Service is great.

The place is very authentic and the meals are superb esp the wild game meat. It's a wonderful experience.

It was a great place with good services. Offered lots of options on their menu and the food was tasty. I would recommend this especially if someone is looking for a variety of different types of meats.

The carnivore restaurant was a good place. I attended a night event and it was so awesome. There was security and I fell in love with the environment in general. Awesome lighting, seating, fair prices for food and everything else. I attended a cultural event, and there was availability of traditional foods and drinks. If you've never tried Carnivore's barbecue, please try, it's mouthwatering.

Fun, unique and amazing eating experience. Great food and the memories will last a lifetime. First time I ever tried crocodile was here at Carnivore, (and yes, it does indeed taste like chicken). Highly recommend visiting for a unique dining experience that is family friendly and absolutely delicious. Can't wait to visit again!!

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.... The service was amazing, the staff were super nice and helpful... And the food was out of this world... Myself and my friends were stuffed after a while but because the food was so good it was hard to stop ... If I could I'd give them an extra star...

Walking into any restaurant or hotel you not only think about the food but a place where you can just chill out and have a good time. Carnivore not only offers that but also friendly and patient staff, good food and a calm environment. I enjoy their great nyama and for real i can't wait to go there again.

So touristy. It's like a Brazilian meat on swords place, but with an African twist. The meat is nothing special, and veggies were few and far between.

If you just like meat don t waste your money. If you aren t really hungry, again, don t waste your money.

However.

If you love meat and you ve worked up an appetite it is definitely a place to visit. Its $50 a person.

They come around with meat on swords or meat on skillet and serve it to you until you surrender /don t want anymore.



They have a lazy susan of sauces each pairing nicely with a specific meat.

Dessert is included at the end. We had a passionfruit topped new york cheesecake.
