My experience can only be negative. THE
are the dancing from May with an official complaint (HSC61714) with various problems emerged, from the wifi connection, to the split closure.
The authorized center has already been released 4 times, changing pieces and modifying the splits.
Friday will be the umpteenth intervention, replacing the paddle control motors.
Basically I find myself the "Frankenstein" split, dismantled for the umpteenth time.
I asked for the replacement with new ones and in a serious company they would have understood the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately the manager, far from understanding, rejected my request.
Obviously I will not recommend to anyone the products of this brand that had excited me from the beginning.
Let's see how it will end.

With great difficulty after 10 days they came to get it and for another 10 days we are waiting for spare parts from China. 100% negative experience, both with assistance and with staff. Air conditioner and engine arrived in a week, my electrician does the attack and the engine does not start. Purchase done in July, then full summer. I call for assistance and I show them the problem (obviously call received from the assistance after two weeks and passes) they tell me that they will contact the customer service closest to me to make an appointment, a week passes and still no call or news from them, call customer service saying they will do a reminder. After another week I get a call to make an appointment. After a week the operator arrives, enters the house and as soon as I tell him that the engine is positioned on the roof he decides not to climb, (despite the assistance I expressly said that the engine is on the roof about 6 m from the ground and that to climb we need the ladder that stretches), after 5 minutes it takes and leaves. Call assistance and make an appointment with two operators. Day of the appointment canceled because they didn't have the pieces to make the arrangement and it was cloudy, so another day of rest at work lost. They called again and made an appointment for today, telling me that they would let me know what time they arrived, no calls at all, so I try to get in touch with them, they call me back and they tell me you look since it rains our operator can't go up on the roof appointment in two weeks because this week I have only one and full of appointments, so now the temperatures have dropped and I don't think there is urgency now, (thanks you have made me spend two months in the heat and now there is no need to fix it immediately). Report that we have been at stake for a month and a half and I am constantly at home without having news and losing the days. Vote were for me 0!

Hisense products will also be of good quality but the service is very bad. I am referring especially to the company Ri.pel of Gravellona Toce who provide assistance to Hisense products. They sleep incompetent and make fun of customers. I am desperate they have my fridge for over 1 month and they don't know what to invent anymore to not give me the fridge. Like Hisense, I wouldn't think twice about taking off the support contract for these incompetents

I purchased a 39 inch TV in September 2018, after only 2 months the TV starts losing the channels stored in favorites and no longer responds to the remote control. They came out to replace the card but even so the TV continues to have the same faults I called them and today I am waiting for me to get back in touch and from a procedure the TV has to be replaced or I hope they give me back the money so I don't have any more to do with them. the call center says different things every time you call them, for this experience, the advice is not to buy their products.

Purchased in 08/2020 from Leroy Merlin a climate consisting of an outdoor unit (model AMW42U4RRA) and two internal splitters (models KG25YR01G and KY35YR01G) both equipped with a Wifi module (model AEH-W4E1) and immediately a Wifi module was out of order. I contacted Hisense for assistance and after over 10 calls, emails and various tests done with their technicians it was evident that the Wifi module was faulty and it was enough to simply replace it, but after 4 months of failed attempts I release this feedback with a star for the quality of the poor / disappointing after-sales service.

TV H65M700, 4K panel to HDR10, almost the top of the range released in 2016. There are obvious problems of locla dimming and backlighting, all documented extensively by the fkmati I did.
The support, after 8 months of open calls and lost time, liquidates me telling me that the technology is at the limit and can not solve the problem. Congratulations to the unprofessional demonstrated.

Perhaps the technology is the same as other BIG brands in the industry but there is a certain diversity on how it is implemented and supported by the end customer.

It is better to spend 100 euros more to buy a TV of well-known brands and have a much better assistance.

To this little serious company, I answer that my money will no longer see them.

The absent center that manages the territory of Trentino / Alto Adige as regards air conditioning systems with a bad customer orientation .. I will definitely not buy Hisense products after this experience .. :-( :-(
