The only thing I love more than the store, is it's owner. She won't let you walk out the door unless you're wearing something you look fabulous in. And she'll be the first one to tell you to try something else. The store has a great selection and the salespeople are extremely helpful. Just tell them what you're looking for and relax. You're in good hands.
I used to love this place as they carry nighties by Celestine. However I keep coming back hoping the experience will change and it just doesn't.
I visit Petite Coquette with money to spend, and yet if I appear slightly unkempt, the shop girls are quick to judge me. On several occasions they've been dismissive and catty.
This should be unacceptable in all stores, but particularly if I'm expected to spend $400 on a sleeping gown.

Incredibly disappointed yet surprised. The owner at the shop was rude, unprofessional, and mean. It seems that they do not like what they are doing and seem jealous of the customers. Older ladies that treat girls badly.
It was just distasteful. It is a reason why they are downsizing the store.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - I have been wearing the wrong bra size and spending a fortune at Kiki La Perla and thousands of dollars later I finally have a bra from La Petite Coquette that fits! Words cannot describe the level of service nor the expertise. A true institution.
Loved my purchase. Perfect fit, beautiful & quality. Customer service was great and very quick to notify me of my order status. Also loved that I was notified with a tracking number, too. Shipping was quick and the items were well (and cutely!) packaged. I only wish the prices were a bit cheaper, but will definitely buy from again!

This boutique was tiny, not much of a selection, the sales staff was not friendly, like I was bothering them with me just being there. They were giving me dirty looks. I was trying to lighten things up with pleasant conversation. It is better to just not go there.

Ever since my first visit here I never want to go to VS again. The ladies are so sweet and knowledgable, friendly and professional--it's like shopping with your bestie who happens to know a LOT about the perfect bra for you. You tell them what you want, including budget range, they pop you in a dressing room and bring you things to try on, helping (if you're comfortable) with adjusting straps and the like. They're not pushy at all--they've steered me away from not-right-for-me choices as often as they've helped me find the perfect thing. Whenever I have a girlfriend getting married, a gift card & a trip there are my go-to gift!

THANK YOU! I went in here about a month ago distraught because it has been damn near impossible for me to find a single bra in NYC that fit just right. After a bit of a bumpy start, all the staff pitched in and racked the store to help me find just what I was looking for... And they found it! These women know how to fit a bra, and I felt well taken care of. I ended up buying four and throwing out all my old bras. New and comfy boobs for 2014!

I had such a great experience at La Petite Coquette! From the second I walked in, Rebecca and Claudia were very attentive, without being pushy. They genuinely were interested in helping me find the perfect outfit for a party I was attending not to mention, they were fun! The pieces they carry are so beautiful and I can't wait to visit them again

The owner did a great job finding me things that made me look and feel so much better in my clothes and that are super pretty. I wouldn t have tried the sizes and styles she recommended on my own, and I m really glad I took her suggestions. Definitely will return.
One of the best lingerie shops in New York City, with almost all bra sizes available. The clothes are not inexpensive, but they are beautiful and of the best quality. Open seven days a week. Great sales associates will help you find the correct size bra. Worth getting on the mailing list to be advised of occasional sales.
I thought the woman who helped me was very nice, very respectful, knew her stock, gave me four excellent choices, and I found a great bra at a good price. I will definitely be back.
I am a tough size and could never find bras that fit me right until I came here about three years ago. I keep going back for the selection, service, and the way the place makes you feel like a pampered princess. I can truly count on Rebecca (store owner) and/or the staff to give me undivided attention until I find something I not only like but LOVE. Note, they sell a fun selection of different/sexy swimwear (this was a pleasant surprise to me). Love, love this this place.
I am visiting NYC from Europe and I was hoping for a better experience. Wasn't impressed by the styles that were mostly sheer fabrics and quite boring. I expected more from a specialty boutique. It also was a small shop. I thought it was going to be bigger. Just a big let down.

I visited the shop yesterday for the first time having previously never even really worn a bra consistently, let alone all the other fun and sexy options Rebecca, the owner, put me in. Not only did I leave with a handful of incredible pieces that fit me like a glove, I left feeling so confident and comfortable and actually wanting to wear undergarments for the first time in my life!
