Dissapointing. Usually impressed by AMC theatres but either the management of this one is horrid or it is severely understaffed. The floor looks like it hasn t been vacuumed in days, popcorn buckets in the bushes outside, and the bathrooms are next level nasty. Enter at your own risk, preferably in a biohazard suit.
Went to Little Women with friends. Very good movie, but because of miscommunication with these friends I ended up with 2 extra tickets we didn't use. Management was very gracious in refunding my money. Very kind of them!
I love going to the movies, but I would be happier if someone gave this theatre a deep cleaning.

I have always enjoyed my vists.....I just wish they would spend more time cleaning seats...the floor is always clean but the seats are a different story! Tues in the Daytime is best because of 5 Dollar Movie and Discount Concessions also not as many noisy people....
Very cool theater located at Jefferson Pointe in Fort Wayne. Cool shopping area. Awesome IMAX theater.
They seriously need to update the seats and make them more comfortable. Also the air was very stuffy and caused the movie experience to be reduced.
By far our best theatre in Ft. Wayne. They reclining seats make for the best experience around. Selection of shows rotates frequently for movie buffs, plenty of variety at concessions to make kids and grown ups happy - my favorite is the vanilla crown royal slushie.
I've gone twice during the middle of the week and have been disappointed both times. Both times, I've had to leave the movie to ask the staff to dim the lights. Both times I've gone to the concession to be barely greeted by teenagers who seem uninterested in being there at all, and who aren't aware of their inventory, and who do not empty trashcans and wipe down counters in their spare time, but instead stand around talking and goofing off.
I also think that the signage is not conducive to people who remember theaters that had actual ticket locations, and signs above the bathroom doors. An elderly woman was very bewildered about where she should buy her tickets (there was no sign telling her to proceed to the concession stand), and a mother walked aimlessly around looking for bathrooms, because there aren't any signs sticking out to let people know where they are. I also feel that the theater isn't very clean. It could do with a good remodel, good supervision, and better training of the staff.
Not assigned seating!!! Affordable ticket prices. Parking is annoying.
Best theater experience in Fort Wayne. True stadium seating and impressive projectors and sound.
A nice place to watch a movie located in a nice area of Fort Wayne. Only downside is parking is awful due to being located in an outdoor mall and like most theaters the concession prices are out of control.
AMC is really changing. The prices are outrageous and the seating is dirty. Some of the staff is rude and don't know the right from the left. I came here and buy popcorn to take home as I do almost every week. And the girl taking tickets was rude to me. Finally I asked to speak with a manager and no one was available.
Nice theater. Kids always enjoy it. My wallet not so much.
Not sure why this is a classic??? It's the only IMAX in the region and it is a nice theater.

Movie was fine. But the theater common areas were dirty. WaterfountaIns had serious mineral deposits, which means they are NOT cleaned regularly. Carpet badly needed vacuumed. Men's room door wouldn't fully close on its own. Evidently the management does not inspect things, either, or else it wouldn't be so poorly kept.
Love this theater! Multiple screens, roomy seating with arms that fold up on the chairs, my grandaughter could lean on me while she watched the movie . Inside bar, modern interior. Tickets weren't bad snacks are expensive (typical)
This theater is becoming very dirty and staff doesn't seem to care to clean it up. I didn't appreciate the young girl at the concession stand rudely asking me for my ID as if I'm not old enough to watch a R rated movie... I easily have 10+ years on the girl.. I've never been ID'd for a movie before.. The seats are disgusting and stained brown.. Had to turn on my flashlight before sitting and then noticed the dirty seats and floors.. Clean it up please

It is a good theater and usually pretty clean. The screens are big and I always have a good time.
Fun, fun, fun!! I love that the seats rocks!! Or that you can lean back! And it's a major plus that that have a little bar inside!!
It was ok. Nice clean theater but their seating is a bit outdated. Their pretzel bites we're not good at all.
This place is dirty and poorly maintained. When we visited, the video quality of the previews was terrible. So they came in and moved us to another auditorium. Then, in the new auditorium, the movie's video stopped working about 30 minutes in. And how did they try to make good? With a gift card to AMC. Thanks, but no thanks!!!
I went to see Star Wars 2 weeks ago and audio quality was terrible. Music and sound effects were overly loud and the voices were ridiculously quiet. Whatever, I brushed it off, and thought it might just have been the theatre itself. Well here I am, 2 weeks later, and I m sitting in a different theatre watching a different movie, and all of the voices sound like you re having a conversation with them over the phone. I honestly don t know why I throw my money at these people. Throw it at someone who actually cares about the quality.
This place has really went down hill since from when it first opened. Dirty snack area and flithy restrooms. Before the walk to the entrance wasn't fun but the place was worth it. Now not so much.
The prices for food is high as you would expect from a movie theater, but everything else is excellent. I like that they added the security officers since they put the bar in.
The worst theater I've been too. The employees were nice but the movie goers were loud and rude. Cops had to have a talk with a few of them.
The movie we seen tonight was great but this is the worst movie going experience I have ever had. To many kids allowed to just run around with no one saying anything, to loud, to many phones out, arguing from the kids, to much talking!!

It's an ok theater, but every movie I've seen there has had some issue. Matted wrong, audio problem, lights not going down. There are other, better, places to see a movie in Fort Wayne.
Could of had the drinks machines filled with all the flavor options. But when can you say no to a good movie in an IMAX.

Clean and generally well maintained. Not perfect. A drinking fountain spouts too high and gets the floor wet and in one of the ladies restrooms the air hand dryers don't work. Great sound and comfortable seating in the theaters.
Nice IMAX theatre. Sound could have been one or two levels lower and would have still been easily heard.
Good theater! Lots of screens and they have full meals u can buy. Just make sure u come early its busy busy.
I'm used to going to the "other" theater where they have the nice reclining seats! Other than that, I go here prob once every couple months and it's a clean place so no worries
I feel the theatre is slipping in appearance from what it used to be.
Pretty clean, but not as clean as some of the theater so I've been in. Many of the seats are showing some wear. They have self-serve soda machines, which I like a lot. Popcorn is okay but not great, requires you to be a member to get a free refill. Seem to have way too many commercials before the movie starts.
Watched end game here... Wasn't impressed... Also volume could have been louder
This is by far our fave movie theatre to go to when we watch movies! We recently watched the movie New Mutants & it was awesome! We are big time movie fans, but this place just looks after us & ensures we are happy! They also have lots of bathroom stalls & a very clean restroom too which is a big deal! They also offer what s called AMC Premier whereas you only pay $15 a year to get in the front of any line & your tickets & all your food purchases all count as points which earn you money to use towards future purchases, plus they give you nice birthday deals & automatically upsize your drink! So it s so worth it!
Need to fix their broken seats. Had to move four times to find three seats that we needed.

Fantastic movie theater. Tons of viewing rooms so there are plenty movies showing. They also have awesome soda machines. The staff is also great. They'll get dressed up for certain releases like Avengers and such. Managers are always ready to assist and friendly. The manager Colton is an especially friendly guy and he's always working whenever I go in!
Movie was great. Bought a specialty popcorn bucket and it was only 3/4 full. The women's bathroom was a message no paper towels and several stalls didn't have toilet paper. As a premier stubs member, I am disappointed.

Another terrible experience here, which makes 3 in a row. We go because it's close to home but I promise we'll never go again. The sound quality is always off and today the picture was blurry for the first 10 minutes of the movie. After a few of us complained they started the movie over. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to a theater that actually knows what they're doing.
Show was suppose to start at 4:45 I had to go to the desk to see if the show was going to play.
Saturday night 10 o'clock viewing of IT was busy as expected. Once inside the theater, had to wait 10 minutes in a long line before being able to get into theater which can only be described as organized chaos. (If you are adverse to large crowds on opening night, I recommend the Regal Cinema on Coldwater where you can pick your own seat.) Once they opened the doors it was a mad dash to find seats; no real policing done by staff to ensure the line or crowd was managed safely. The movie started for a 10 o'clock showing by 10:45 after previews. On a positive note, we had accidentally purchased an extra ticket for our group and the staff was very helpful in letting us return the un-torn ticket. Overall a pretty good experience once a seat was found. We had a large group and were able to find seats for everyone next to each other.
Poor AC, large group agrees this theater has bugs everyone itching in imax 3d. This theater is a poor choice imo needs fumigation...

This is our number one choice for theaters. Location provides opportunities to shop or eat before and/or after your show. In my experience, the lobby, theaters, and bathrooms have always been clean. The only critique I could offer is that it could use some updating. The decor is edging on "dated" , and the extra unused snack bars arent helping anyone by taking up space. Maybe look into converting to include the new reclining chairs.
This theatre is nice, but I've been to a lot better. The theatre itself is great, but the staff wasn't exactly friendly and efficient with their job. The movie was literally about to start and somehow 6 people still didn't have the threatre clean. Also the location isn't the greatest.
Old, old seats. Totally had to move twice before I found one that was comfortable enough to sit in for awhile. Ran out of regular popcorn buckets, right.
