Clean theater! It's nice they have several Coke Feeestyle machines around for refills. The wait in lines was typically short, and thete are options to buy tickets electronically as well.

A little pricey to get in. But very nice place to go.
I had a lot of fun. They do have some pretty late showings if you're interested in Friday or Saturday nights. The theater want crowded I was there, so over all a great time
Saw second "Fantastic Beasts" movie. Didn't see first so it was very confusing. Movie experience was good. Go here somewhat often
Nice theater, and plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy the movie. Good food options.
Theater and bathroom is dirty and outdated. Regal on Coldwater is much nicer and has reclining seats
We saw Frozen 2 on New Year's Day and it was PACKEd. Line to concessions was SOOOOO long, but employees did a fabulous job of getting us on our way quickly!
Excellent theater but steep concession stand prices
Tuesday all day five dollar movies and 2 dollar popcorn and drinks
This place is awesome. I really enjoy coming here. I'm not sure what those other people are basing their negative comments from. My visits have always been great
Nice and clean...help yourself drinksband condiments is nice
Fast concession lines and excellent theater seating.
Not bad, but confusing to get from A to B, much less C.
Good pricing on concessions and they sell beer. Ticket prices are standard. Only IMAX in town.
Had the worst experience ever going to the movies . There was probably one hundred teenagers which there is nothing wrong with that , but about 30-50 kids were movie hopping. They were the most in considerate movie goers I ever seen .
Some of the kids were in the hall ways and would just pop in to our movie for a few minutes on the side of theatre and be Loud. Then they would just leave . During the last 15 minutes of the move 10 kids who hadn't been in the movie the whole time came in and were super loud .
Spoke to a manager . They said they tried their best . She of course told me she wasn't even working that day . She said the only precaution they have is an announcement stating to tell on these kids and it's up to the customer to report disruptions . I told her I would had to come up 4-5 times as there was literally 25-35 teens coming in and out. I advised maybe they should have usher on those nights. She said that would be to disruptive to have an employee walk in during the movie twice . To make matters worse she also told me right at the beginning of our conversation that this big group of 75-100 disruptive teens come in often . She told me that their announcement of reporting disturbances; mind you it's 30 seconds right before the movie and barely audible due to everyone talking since the feature hasn't started, is in fact their only defense for this situation. I advised they need to try something different and that's ignorant to ignore that problem .
If you want to watch a movie on the weekend go to Cold Water. Better seats , better service .
They don't have the
reclinable chairs
Theater is generally good but man it needs some TLC, finishes in here are the same as they were when it was still Rave many years ago.
Didn't like that the house lights were on during the movie. It was distracted from the movie and made it difficult to enjoy. I doubt that I go back and watch a movie there again. Overall I liked the sound quality of the Movie that I watched.
It was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the popcorn was great.
I visited this theater for the first time in probably a half year and it was a much worse experience. They had two kiosks open to buy tickets or the concession line. Both lines were long and I choose to wait for the kiosk. The manager came out to see why the lone was so long and replaced the paper in one of the kiosks and then left. He didn't check to make sure ot was working, which it wasn't and the other kiosk froze so everyone had to use the concession line. Total wait time to buy a ticket was over a half hour and we missed the first few minutes of the movie. The bathrooms were pretty dirty - from several days of not thoroughly cleaning not just one busy day and there was popcorn all over the floor all down the hall. I won't be returning for a while.
Yeah who doesn t like going to the movies between 12 and 4 with no one there for less then $7 ...that s nice.
This theatre has gone downhill after AMC took over. Restrooms are dirty and long lines for overpriced concessions. This visit the screen wasn't set up properly until after i complaoned. Then they turned the lights on and camera off during the credits. Then they turned the lights off so we had to leave the theatre in the dark. Poorly run.
Was in town on buisness and had some time before the flight back so we caught an early movie. Nice theatre, good popcorn and having IMAX is a huge bonus!!
Conviency to theater.nice and cool inside and fresh refreshments and snacks and good movies to watch
Great place to see a movie. Its very clean compared to any other theatre in town. Friendly staff. They also have some good deals on movie and popcorn.
I've never had a bad experience at this theater; staff are fast & accurate with food orders and always friendly.
Worst customer service I ve ever experienced at a movie theater. First we had to wait outside in line to buy a ticket, only to be shuffled through another line to actually get into the building and then finally find out that the movie time we just paid for had been pushed back because of a fire alarm that interrupted the prior showing. If they knew movie times were pushed back they should have been alerting customers of that fact at the time of buying tickets for the next showing. Workers were unable to answer questions, all around ridiculous.
Been awhile since I seen a movie in theaters but the one I was in was extremely hot.
Early Saturday morning visit is the way to do it. No crowds, no hassle, just entertainment.
I didn't watch a movie there because they have not received there update either to the recline seats. Which is awesome.
So excellent I watched the movie Goose Bumps and it was excellent. I went with my friends. The food there was astonishing. The service was astonishingly amazing. And overall I just had a astonishingly amazingly greatly good time.
P.S (I'm kidding i don't have friends)
P.S.S(I am just writing this long for the points)
P.S.S.S (pretty please like with icing icecream sprinkles and extra sugar on top)
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
(Can you find the mistake)
it was eh a bit pricey i dont if it was because i bought tickets for imax but the candy was mostly air then sweets made me feel like i was buying a bag of chips
Snarky girl at the ticket booth asked for my ID when I went to see an R rated movie. I'm 25 and she looked like she was 16. Concessions are extremely pricey, and 4/5 times I went to this theatre, people talked the entire movie. When I went to go complain about it and ask if someone would come talk to the noisy party I was laughed at. Yes it's a movie theatre and I understand there are rrasons for prices of snacks being high, but not that high. Plus the girl asking for my ID and embarassing me, and the loud people and the lack of assistance that was met with that has led me to the decision that I won't be returning and spending any more of my money here. I recommend Regal Coldwater Crossing. Smaller theatre but have never had a bad experience there. Plus they have an arcade. I've only ever went to Jefferson Point if I really wanted to see a movie and the other one wasn't playing it at a certain time. Oh and forgot to mention how rude a girl with glasses was at the concession stand. She mumbled something at me so I just stared at her awkwardly and then she practically yelled at me while giving me attitude, the total of my order.
Theater wasn't very clean. Teenage boy at snack stand acted half asleep. Hand dryers in bathroom didn't work. No flavors of popcorn salts.
Employees are congenial and seats comfortable, but need to wear heavy socks in this weather as tempiture in theater rather chilly. Needed to go down and tell them to turn onthe sound.
A great theater. Assigned seating. Huge bathrooms so rarely a line. There are drinking fountains by the bathrooms too. We typically come here for the imax. Last time we sat near the front. Imax does Not have reclining seats so front rows sucked. We were the first row from behind the walking isle. I recommend staying near the back for a good view.
It is date night so we went to the AMC to see a movie. My wife had seen the original movie when she was a child.
Nice wide screen. Good snacks and bottomless sodas. Also a refillable bucket for popcorn.
We will be back.
Went to see Emma with my daughter. Early shows are nice because they are not crowded. The movie was just marvelous. They do have a senior discount on tickets, but no military/veteran discount.
Guy wasn't there to rip our tickets and the movie itself was blasting. Literally shaking the room.
This used to be a nice theater. You can see the worn out areas, torn carpet, rest rooms with needed maintenance, dirty and dusty...too bad. Sad what it has become...
I am so disappointed what this theater has turned into. This used to be THE place in Fort Wayne to go watch a movie. Last time I was here a few weeks ago I just thought my poor experience was a rare event. Today I'm here again and the line for concessions and tickets is all the same glob of people stuck in a coral at the front door. So if I'm watching a movie and want a refill it additional concession I have to wait in this big glob of a "line" and miss the movie. The other F this place gets is none of the information boards are working to explain what theater is showing what movies and at what times. Just paper taped to the wall with the show times printed on them. The third F is put paper towel in the bathroom, napkins are not the same thing, that's why there's both. The women's restroom didn't have anything to dry your hands on, men's had napkins in the paper towel dispenser. Either close the doors or step up your game. I and my family won't be back to this dump until it's turned around!
Just moved here and extremely disappointed. All the other AMC I've been to have leather reclining seats. I was surprised they don't have them at least here in IMAX theater. I'm afraid to touch anything in restroom. Old falling apart! I asked if they will ever update. Was told not for another 3 years. Very disappointing!
I'm from Dayton ohio & never been to a more uncomfortable place to watch a movie theater 18 was filthy the seats feel like you sitting on the city bus I feel like I waisted my time smh could of stayed home with the family.
IT'S TIME FOR NEW SEATS. I actually really like this theater. It is the only IMAX screen in Fort Wayne. I have only had 1 bad experience in almost 20 years. The seats are my only complaint. It's not just cosmetic. It seems that nearly half of my visits recently I have gotten a seat that's broken, as if I'm sitting on the side of a hill and I'm constantly sliding forward.
Tell u what... instead of expecting I will wait in line for 15, 20 minutes to get a ticket torn in half, u just come get me to do it.... sound good? Great!
The"stadium"that we watched our movie in, 2 out of 3 of our seats were tipped forward and very uncomfortable.
Old seats angle you slightly forward, so not the most comfortable.
They are always nice and friendly whenever I come here to watch movies with my family.
If you go to see Star Wars in IMAX 3D better ask the person passing out the 3D glasses to make sure they give you the correct ones. I kept wondering why the 3D effect wasn't very good and actually blurry at times. When I finally spoke to the manager he indicated they had given me the wrong type of 3D glasses. He did give me 2 passes for another movie which helps make up for the error!
Polite employees, clean bathroom, relatively comfy seating (not the new-age recliner seats, but the old school fold seats), and good movie times.
Always a great place to go for an even better movie! Helpful staff, good food, lots of theaters, and comfortable seating.
$5 Tuesdays are awesome!!! Went to see Night School; good movie, very funny. Good experience, no problems.
Its was OK. Sound sounded a bit off in the suite i was in. But the experience met expectations
It's a clean theater, staff does their job accordingly. Although, the lights didnt go down until 3/4 of the movie was over one time I was there.
the AMC theater is always a fun place to go whenever what you're up with your friends family and just people that you want to be around good place to watch movies. the only major complaint if any would be the maintenance keeping clean and making sure the customers happy and if they're having a good time.
