Disappointed in our recent experience. Screen was only 75% with black bars the entire time (see photo). Napkins were literally Kleenex. Staff was friendly and theater was very clean. But with better options in the area offering reserved seating, we'll probably pay more and go elsewhere next time.

Very fun environment! Our group of friends went to see Magic Mike for a girls' night out & had a blast. The line for tickets was a little long, since there were only two ticket booths open, but even that went pretty quickly. Can't say anything for the concessions. We're all near 40 and know how expensive that can be, so we skipped the popcorn & soda bit. Huge movie screens and good sound. I can't wait to take the kids to see the new Ice Age movie next month!
Not very clean. At least there was toilet paper and soap in the restroom this time!!!

Good. Don't stand outside when it's cold. They have a machine that you can purchase tickets inside.
Over priced. Not worth the price if you go after 6pm. The matinees are only 5.99.
Concessions are ridiculous. We buy the annual bucket of popcorn and pay 4.99 for the refill.
The theatres are always kinds dirty with popcorn all over the floor and the seats look stained.
Closest theater. Staff is uninformative. Waited around the lobby for hours before a premier movie, then wasn't told where the official line was till after i had to ask and was ridiculously long. Also staff won't make up their minds about rules of the theater and screw around too much instead of helping customers. Only reason I come is because it's the closest theater to me with an Imax.
Things have gotten better sense the switch from Carmike to AMC. The only issues I have had sense, are other customers being rude, or getting completely out of hand with their attitudes and language. Especially around children. Luckily the staff handles this promptly and professionally. Much of an improvement. Glad to see it come this far.
This theater is going downhill. The restrooms are in need of update or at least a thorough cleaning. Management should also institute some rule to keep 1 year olds out of PG-13 movies.
A great place to have date night. Prices a decent and the annual bucket is a great deal.

I must admit I haven t been to this theater in quite sometime. I was back in Fort Wayne and thought I would like to reminisce about my dating youth going to the Rave! Wow, was I sadly shocked. It was apparent from the minute my husband and I entered that it is no longer the theater it used to be. It was dirty, trashy, and unkempt. The refreshment stand clerks were clueless when I asked about getting a napkin. So unfortunate to pay $16.00 for popcorn and a soda and they can t use some of that high markup to pay one of those clerks to do some much needed cleanup and filling of the napkin dispenser. On a good note, the movie we saw was terrific and we left happy due to the film choice!

Buttering your own popcorn is the dumbest idea anyone has ever come up with...the outdoor ticketing office seems to only be used during stormy or cold weather, when its nice out they let you inside to buy tickets, needs an update to recliners..coldwater crossing is now my theatre of choice
The food is great as well as the movies however it is expensive if there is no deal.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. This theater was built as a spectacular Rave Theater, it was later purchased by AMC and they appear to have not put a single dollar into the theater ever since. The seats are breaking down, the bathrooms are tired and they are chronically understaffed.
I would like to see better seats, the sound was great.
The chairs are starting to break...if you can find a good one then enjoy the show!
Theater is gross and old and not worth the price. Go to the Regal on Coldwater if you want a nice experience.
Love going here to watch the movie such a clean and friendly place to have family time or just fun hanging out with your friends. So nice go somewhere and catch a matinee for a reasonable price.

One of the nastiest theaters I have ever been to. Use to be nice but now it has a strange odor, saw a staff walk past trash just laying on the floor, bathroom was horrendous, stuff all over the floors, and just down right nasty. Take care of your building better!!! Never again will we go there.
The seats are terrible. The wife and I couldn't make it through an hour and a half movie. Left halfway through because our tail bones were killing us. Look's like it's worth the extra drive across town to go to Regal.

$28 for the movie I can see that BUT $23 for popcorn and pop RIDICULOUS. My son said it is too loud
Always love Jeffersom Pointe Mall. We frequently see premiere night movies and they always treat these customers well.
Didn't advertise anywhere that movies maybe shown in Spanish. Only after arriving were we informed that the last showing of the day would be in Spanish. Upon contacting them through their website they showed no concern. All I'd ask is you'd advertise that to not waste others time and inform those interested in that showing.
I go to carmikes here and on Dupont and just recently became a club member. I never had any issues until today. Took my son to watch a movie and was in the non members line to wait our turn for popcorn,as I forgot I was a member and didn't know the difference between the 2 lines they have. So we waited and watched as the workers continued to call person after person from the club member line who showed up after us, even tho we were in the front of our line. And we would've kept waiting but someone in the club member line told us they aren't members and they got in the wrong line, so they let us go. Maybe it's not a big deal, but thanks Carmike for making my son and I feel like second class, or if I hadn't just paid the same amount as everyone else. And for that I can't frequent your business. But on a good note, the theatre is clean and popcorn has always been fresh.
Tickets are way too expensive and they don't use LED theater displays. Go to Regal Cinemas instead.
If you don't give them your phone number you do not get any points and they don't ask for it. They need to give you a card like Goodrich does

Fire alarm went off during my movie and we had to leave the theater. An employee never came out and explained what happened and we were never offered replacement tickets.

My girlfriend and I showed up 5 minutes before our movie was to start. I walked up to the window and said to the employee "two for Hereditary please". I grabbed the tickets and we walked in. We handed the tickets to the next employee and she pointed to the left and said "number 8". We walked in that direction and I glanced up at the display next to the snack stand and it said "8 Hereditary" as well as other movies showing down the corridor. We approached #8 and was a bit confused since it said "8 Ant-man". We shrugged our shoulders and went in and grabbed our seats. I looked at our tickets again to make sure the auditorium # and move title were correct, and they where. The price they charged me wasn't matinee price but I will have to take care of that after the movie. So, sum up what we know so far....

We sit through numerous commercials and other boring adds. People are walking in and the place starts filling up. I thought to myself a few things "wow, this movie is still very popular!" And "what the he'll are all these young kids doing at this movie?". Sigh, moving on. The lights dim and the trailers kick in. Creed?! Disneys Nutcracker!? Dumbo?!! Hotel Transylvania 3?! Weird trailers to match up with a twisted scary movie. Oh, And the freeking sound!! It was so loud that the speakers behind the screen were distorting so bad I thought they would fly out of the screen. I like loud movies. But I was wincing at the ear piercing levels that they had this set at. Annd Ant-man started playing.... We get up and walk out of the auditorium :-( . We talk to the manager and find out they sold us tickets to see Hereditary for the next day around 11a.m.!! We just requested our money back and left frustrated. So many things didn't make sense about what just happened. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! Sorry Coldwater Crossing for betraying you! It won't happen again.
It's a nice place to see a movie, very clean looking and lots of space for seating.
Nice and clean and cheap prices on the weekends I wish they would upgrade the chairs like at Coldwater Crossing but still a great place to catch a film.
It was kinda on the dirty side the front looked good but back in the theater wasnt the cleanest if I pay $23 for a 2 sodas an a popcorn I definetly want to be in a clean environment
Really nice theater, watched a movie in IMAX, GREAT seating for that theater. Great food and drink options and I love that AMC theaters let you put your own butter on your popcorn!
I've gone here to this place for as long as i can think of! come here almost every Friday with my friends, have a great time! Although there prices are way over budget I know i can expect a great showing!
But I know next time i might have to save my allowance to come here!
