Food is overpriced, theaters are often unclean, and bathrooms are usually nasty. It's unfortunate that so many of my friends used the Rave as a meeting place when hanging out, and continue to use Carmike after Rave left. If this were no the case, Carmike would not have my business.

Was better when Rave owned it, before the seemingly less well-run Carmike bought most of the really nice Raves out. Before they "merged", I had been to both and Rave was a much nicer chain. One good thing, for example, that went away were the ticket-purchasing kiosks, which were very nice to use for us "automated/electronic generation kids". I thought that technology was supposed to be used more and more in today's world, not less! I get that we can now do that online... but, with additional fees. "Very nice" being bought out by just "ok to good" is most often not a good thing.

There IMAX theater is very nice. It has always been clean each time we have seen a movie there. Having reserved seats eliminates the hassle of having to find a seat. This is specially helpful when setting a very popular movie like Star Wars when the theater is sold out. No need to arrive an hour early and camo out to ensure you get a good seat and can seat everyone together. Pick your seats online and show up just before the previews, buy your popcorn and enjoy the show.

A tiny redhead girl was working the ticket booth. She didn't id anyone until my boyfriend and i. I'm 18, he's 17. We were always told that 17 was the legal age to see rated r movies. She was rude and said his mom had to be there. Refused us service. Will never be back. Ever.

uh....ya...never will be going back the manager told my youngest siblings that they coudnt be loud or enjoy the movie. and the other people attending the movie were all rude. and louder than my siblings and playing with their cell phones through the whole movie. and the customer service was terrible. and the pricing for the beverages and popcorn were completely outrageous and the the popcorn was stale.

This is the first time I have been to this theater in years because we live so much closer to Coldwater Crossing. I was surprised at how tired Rave looks now. It feels kind of dirty, which is surprising. I liked this kids snack pack better. It's container was a lot easier to manage without spilling. Also like the slurpie option. The popcorn was actually cold when we got it, which was a first. Meh...

I've been to the Rave in Fort Wayne here and there over the past few years, but today was the first time I've been to their IMAX. I went there to watch the Dark Knight Rises on its opening weekend. It's a nice place to watch a movie but ticket prices are a bit pricey. Your visit can get downright expensive if you bring the whole family along and buy popcorn and drinks. Parking can be a bit hectic and if you're not careful keeping track of where you parked you may have a hard time finding your car after the show.
The IMAX theater is as nice as the other two or three of them I've seen. My only complaint out of today's experience is that my seat literally broke halfway into the movie (a very long movie at that). The left side made a loud popping sound and dropped down leaving me sitting very lopsided and rather startled. I decided to try and hold myself up as much as possible instead of missing the movie, and brought the issue to management's attention after the show. Manager asked if I found another seat - to which I replied that the theater was pretty much full if not sold out. He then suggested that I could have let them know about it and they could have immediately fixed it with ease - to which I replied that I didn't want to disrupt the movie for others or myself. I didn't ask for or receive a refund or voucher, and none was offered. I simply informed them so they could fix the seat before the next showing. Other than this - it was a pretty good show well worth the ticket price for IMAX.

Checked movie and time on line, showed up 20 minutes early for the 5:30 show told how many and, No! We stopped showing 2 hours ago and on line had 2 more showings afterwards. How they're still in business is beyond me

The snack area was littered with trash, some of the coke machines weren't dispensing ice, the seat I sat in was broken, and the bathrooms were not in the best conditions. When we were walking back to our specific showing room there were groups of people just sitting on the hallway floors & a cluster of employees blocking the Walk way discussing their thoughts of going home and being "over it" after only "2 hours of their 8 hour shift". I, overall, was not pleased with my experience. The prices are ridiculously high, especially for the presentation of the theater as a whole.

Digital IMAX experience is great, but it's not the larger film format found in Indianapolis or Chicago. Food prices are relatively high, but there are good deals here and there on tickets and food.

The popcorn bucket - we've purchased the popcorn bucket every year since they started selling them and every year they increase the price of the bucket and they increase the price of the refill. It seems to me there's something wrong with that picture - at least for the customer. It would seem if you pay extra for the bucket you should at least get one free refill. Let's face it - every snack and drink they sell is over priced. RETHINKING ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF THE 2015 BUCKET!!!

I always have a good time here, even with Covid19 rules. I was very happy with the cost of 2 large drinks and a large popcorn (I usually don't even eat popcorn). The restroom was clean, everybody is so nice. So spacious wirh seating (even more with Covid19). Can't wait for my next visit.

I love the IMAX! Amazing sound and picture quality. Only downside is that the seats are old and getting pretty worn. They kinda lean down too far, so you feel like you're sliding out of the seat - which is not very comfortable.

Also, the other regualr 2d theatres are hit and miss with sound quality. You never really know which ones have good sound or bad sound. The bad sound being: center speakers that just don't work, to cracked speakers, to poor audio balancing where you either hear the music and background noise well and voices poorly, or you hear voices well, and everything else sounds distant.

If AMC could fix the sound, and fix the broken seats this would be a 5/5 joint for sure. Love that A Plus pass

This USED to be our go-to place for movies. Then AMC bought out Carmike. We gave AMC a chance, but nope. Done. Never going back. No A/C, dirty theatre, concession prices jacked way up, out of butter. Wish I could give zero stars. Bye Felicia!

Was once a great theatre, but other competition in town have more comfortable, reclining seats and are in better condition. Hopefully now that AMC owns this theatre, they'll put some money to put the polish back on it.
