Downgraded considerably after AMC took control from Carmike. Only one or two windows open for tickets, when there used to be more (humans) and they removed the automated screens to buy tickets. They added ropes to herd customers like so much cattle, and treat them about the same. Inside, the side concession stands are abandoned, forcing the lobby to crowd at the main stand. All the digital signs indicating what is playing in which theater were turned off and replaced literally with 8.5x11 sheets taped to the doors. The theaters are still clean and the sound great, but outside each theater itself, the AMC has taken a step in the Coventry cheap-theater direction.

Nice seats, pricing similar to all theatres....expensive!!

If this theater wants to stay in business, it'll need to get a serious face lift. The seats are still the same from when it was The Rave and are degrading. Even the lights in the theater still say Rave. Better seats and better cleaning is required to bring AMC back to its competitors in Fort Wayne, such as Regal. At this point, just go drive to other side of town and get literally better seats that recline and are cleaned regularly.

Enjoyed the movie with my grandaughter. We loved it.

We had seats that were reserved and some how along the lines of communication something happened. The manager apologized and gave us free tickets for our troubles! Great customer service.

Sound system needs to be updated or cracked speakers replaced in several theaters. Other than that it is a nice building, pleasant employees who helped with the transition from Carmike to AMC.

they have not updated the facility since they were known as RAVE. since then they have been bought out by two other large cinemas: Carmike and now AMC. there was a bar added and that's about it

It's okay. Just...okay. It feels like the movie threatres I used to go to in high school. And for a matinee, that suits me just fine. But if I was paying big money? I'd go to the type of theatre with recliners and a bar.

EDIT: Knocked a star off thanks to my most recent experience there. They didn't turn the lights down for the first 30+ minutes of the movie. That's worse than "just okay." We won't be back.

This theatre use to the best in town. Very run down now. Seats are broke, theatre is sticky and gross. The AC didn't seem to work.... Sweating while watching a movie is not fun. Very poor experience. This theatre needs renovated and cleaned badly. Skip this and go-to AMC north dupont or Coldwater Regal cinemas.

The site sd they had a movie showing at a certain time. Get there and stand for over 10 mins while teens goof off and play around (they were "workers"). Then get told no. They arent showing that movie. Yet again its on the site that they are. So we went to Regal. They have reclining seating anyway. Id rather pay the higher prices for better accommodations and actual employees that work.

The management and customer service at this AMC are much better than the other theaters in town. The theater itself, ehh. It's not a dump. It's not filthy. But when you compare it to the other theaters here, like the Regal, it leaves a bit to be desired, especially for the price. Also, their concessions are more expensive.
Edit review for another visit: This place has gone WAY downhill, fast. It's completely filthy now. Bathroom floors covered in urine. Trash all over the place starting at the entrance and flowing in every path. Reeks like burned popcorn. Seats are musty smelling. Won't be going back.

This place is going to the dogs. Rave was so much cleaner. Dirty self serve counters everywhere. Bathrooms smelled of backed up sewage. Urine on floors and blood on toilet seats. I am so disappointed. What happened??

No reserved seats here. IMAX is smaller than real IMAX. Otherwise a pretty average movie theater.

I can't think of a time when I had been treated so poorly, this place was unbelievably horrendous. You better not come here unless you want to deal with people that can't diffuse a simple problem. I am sickened at how they treat customers and won't even talk to the customer with the issue. What a freaking joke this place is. I for one, along with my family will never again go to an AMC location anywhere, you have forever lost a customer and I will make damn sure that all of my veteran friends never step foot in one of your locations again. Maybe you all need to learn to treat customers with respect and teach your over emotional employees how to actually deal with customers but I'm sure you don't know how to do that. Siding with your employee before even talking to a customer is disgusting and you all should be fired. I would never allow my employees to behave the way you all did today. In fact, I would have probably sent a certain employee home for her inexcusable behavior. I would give this place zero stars if I could, because they certainly deserve it. AMC, you should be ashamed that you just bought this place out.

Ok. Not too many places in town left to go see movies.

Place was nice and clean . Imax was amazing . Just wish you had a little more space while watching the movie. Makes me miss the electric recliners in Mishawaka

This was always a great theater when it was owned by carmike. Had great prices on Tuesdays and anytime 4-530, nice place to be, etc just a nice theater with good prices. Was going all the time when I learned about how cheap you can see a movie with a good experience, now that AMC has bought it out, it's not good and haven't been going. They raised prices considerably, turned off all the signs and use paper for whatever reason. Recently, another customer in the theater had to go ask someone to start the movie because it hadn't on it's own; that's sad. Not a fan of the rope line they have for concessions either. AMC just seems to have ruined everything carmike had going for it and everyone seems to agree. I've heard and read about more problems than this now as well. If AMC would bring the theater back to how Carmike had it, it would be no problem because it would still be the same theater everyone knew. It seems they're still transitioning for whatever reason, but I hope they could change it back to how it was, especially with pricing. $5 movies all day Tuesday? Who could beat that.

Had fun here without a doubt. They didn't break my wallet and we enjoyed the show. Good service, clean restrooms, and awesome movies. We'll definitely be coming back.

I LOVE THIS THEATER. IT'S CLEAN, AND FRIENDLY AND THEY HELP THE ELDERLY AND TO THAT I AM VERY THANKFUL! I PRAY YOU NEVER CLOSE DOWN FOR AS LONG AS YOU DID THE BEGINNING OF COVID 19. BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOU EMPLOYEES.

Great movie experience! Seats are very comfortable. The staff seems to go out of their way to ensure a great experience.

Last time my hubby and I were there, 2 days ago, it was filthy! Sticky soda all over the counters, popcorn all over the floor and at least 3-4 staff members walking around acting like they were cleaning but they were just standing around talking. The person helping behind the counter was just as useless. She wouldn't help us with our purchases and tried to hurry us along when we were the only ones in line to be helped! This USED to be our favorite place to go to watch movies.

Sound way to loud. Its WAY LOUDER then it needs to be. I had a head ache after every movie I have seen at Jefferson AMC. Been to other theaters in Fort Wayne and didn't get a head ache. If you go take ear plugs.

Loved the movie. Clean and the workers were extremely helpful.

We love this place. Tuesdays are family outing nights and we come here to enjoy a new movie. The place is always clean and the staff friendly.

I advise everyone not to see a movie at this theater. Not only was it filthy (I was there for the 3:45 PM movie) when I left and went directly home I bent down to take off my shoes and there was a bedbug on them! Disgusting!!!

My wife and I came to see the new Godzilla movie in IMAX. Terrible experience for the both of us. We have NEVER left a theatre before today... The seats are cramped people are in your personal space no matter what. Theatre was hot. The floors at the concessions were DISGUSTING! Popcorn and trash everywhere, the floors at the drink and ice machines were also DISGUSTING, sticky and soaking wet. Their answer was to put a wet floor sign up. We left before our movie started with a refund. Will never go back. Even if the floors were cleaned and wasnt as hot in the theatre the theatre seating is bad uncomfortable and tight and the fact you have to choose where you sit at the ticket area is bad. I dont want to sit by someone who is smelly and sweaty in an already hot theatre..

The day we went to see a movie the theater felt like they didn't turn on the AC until the movie started.

This is my go to theater when I'm in Ft Wayne. But not the IMAX. The IMAX is always way way too loud. I have seen several ppl cover their ears during certain scenes in here including myself. I've left the theater early only once because it was deafening. I was by myself. So it wasn't a total loss. The IMAX seats are still just regular theater seats and not electric recliners like in other IMAX theaters I've been to. And too close together. So my IMAX experience here is done. The staff here has always been great and the regular screens are good. I've never had an issue with the food or drinks. If you know what to buy. The theater as a whole could update some things to make it better.

They over charge to much for candyy ,pop and popcorn

Saw Venom, but sound was too loud and garbled. Otherwise, seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room. I purchased kid snack pack and it had a small amt of popcorn, small beverage, and fruit snack.

I get it... It's the movies, that doesn't mean you should go bankrupt for one boring movie. Candy that has more air than sweets, crummy popcorn and ok environment. Not worth the money to be honest. Stil, not horrible.

I live about 5 minutes from my towns local theater but I always make sure to drive 45 minutes to Fort Wayne Jefferson Point AMC. Not only because I'm and AMC Stubs A-List member but because this theater just rocks ! So clean, awesome popcorn, good drink selection. IMAX showings, and flexible show times whether you want a late or early screening. I really wish this theater was in my town. I'd probably live there !

Great experience! Paid for the tickets and reserved my seats online. So easy! IMAX was a great experience!

The place is always clean and the service is consistent. The prices are too dang high for food. Maybe lower them and more people might come. I always ask for water and they give me a tiny cup. Whatever. The quality of the movies shown is always consistent, so i keep going for that.

Not too bad their screens are the best part of the theatre!

Lots of theaters..nice bar..not as nice as it used to be but solid theater

It was nice and fun. But we had kids behind us in a scary movie and all they did was talk and play on their phones. They had no adult supervision in a R rated movie.

It is expensive however the price helps keeps the quality excellent. I'd say it's a fair trade off.

The movie experience was good. The seat p13 in the IMAX theatre needs adjustment.

Not a fan of the paying extra to get in the "premium" line. We already spend a ridiculous amount of money on the movies. Why should we have to pay extra for a shorter line.

AMC took over: now it's dirty, more expensive, out of stock on condiments, empty butter pumps, no more kiosk for picking up tickets you bought online, and after this year, no more deals on popcorn refills. Parking still sucks.

Definitely a lot nicer now that Carmike has taken over and being able to refill your own drinks is great.

Pretty good for a movie place. Kinda get that old school theatre vibe being inside Jefferson Point.
