It should not take 23 minutes for your meal especially if it is not that busy inside! The drive through is getting all the attention

Carl s Jr. is known as friendly service and attentive all the time, good customers service and quick response for food service. I like the ambiance and the atmosphere is clean and nice. Best burger such as Western Bacon Cheeseburger and a tasty Criss Cut Fries. So good!!!

Rude customer service, security in the parking lot is VERY aggressive. Make this a last resort if you need food

Locatiom sucks, due to not having one dollar large drinks. It got a two star bexause food is good.

Stated 24 hours but it was closed during late night
Even the drive-thru wasn't manned during late night

I went on a drive thru, they told me to wait in the front, and when the food was delivered, it was incomplete. I called the store right away, from the printed receipt, to inform. Melvia, one of the shift sup said that I might be confused calling the wrong store.

Very busy location but I received great service which is so important to me.
Bathrooms needed some attention.

Tried whataburger. Its not. Reheated annealed plastic. They claim burger taste comes from heme. I eat kosher halal meat which is blood free ie no heme. Try real burger at say the burger spot in cypress and see difference between microwaved plastic and broiled burger.

Clean and bright, breakfast was served quickly!

Located close to LAX and MANY hotels, this place is good for a bite to take on the plane or to "refuel" before driving home from the airport.

It's large and brightly lit and the bathroom was clean, although a bit "Spartan." (no mirrors, industrial fixtures). The parking lot is good sized, unlike many other fast-food places in the area. Sometimes, we'll just get our food from the drive-thru and sit in our car if we're not feeling like going inside, but today we DID eat in the dining room and it was nice.

They don't serve their special biscuits until 6 in the morning and I'm here at 5:40 in the morning I wanted that breakfast

The quality has declined a bit, but compared to its competition it is the best

Having frequented Carl's Jr sister store, Hardees on the East Coast for many years, was slightly disappointed at some of the offerings that Carl's Jr, on the West Coast, has to offer. No apple pies, no country ham biscuits. They are missing a good opportunity. The food I did have was fairly tasty, although the counter person/manager at one of the El Monte, CA locations was less than friendly explaining they did not sell apple pies.

If this is the one on Century and Aviation I boycott your store because of several problems I had like getting my order wrong, a hair in my burger and even getting a shake and two minutes later the employee said "I can't believe you drank that", afterwards which I got sick

The parking lot is close to LAX AND it s only reason I will go there. Food low quality and not clean

Perfectly satisfactory Carls's. My orders were filled promptly and correctly.

"Only one order per car" that is what Karla said when me and my friend tried to order while doing a ride shared on my car, so my friend got his food and I had to go to McDonalds to order mine, I thought I can go around a second time for my order but what if she spits on my burger? I told her that I could' get food and I was starving at the window and she totally ignored me, this is a ridiculous and anti-environmental rule that this place have. So if you and your friends are sharing a car after hours don't use this drive-thru, if you suport your planet don't go to this place. Awful customer service!

Everything was cool about it except the soda machine. Only 2 machines carry the drink I like, 1 of them was turned off and the other was out

Horrible cold food. Made me sick literally an hour after eating. Gave me diarrhea for 2 days. Disgusting bathrooms.

Food is OK, and while I have actually received rancid food from other Carl's Jr. locations before, I've had no such problem with food quality here.

However, their staff is not very science-educated, as I'm fairly certain I suffered from chlorine gas poisoning once when they they probably mixed several cleaning agents to clean the bathroom (highly unsafe practice, and basically what governments use for actual chemical warfare). I couldn't smell for several days, and my eyes watered and stung to the point where I couldn't see well for several hours. And they did this while I was using the restroom and couldn't leave right immediately.

While I have little complaints about almost every other aspect of the establishment, that the place has seemingly literally recreated a chemical weapon (I saw the gas rising violently from the mop bucket) makes it difficult for me to endorse.

the fish sandwich is better than mcdonald's fille'ofish. french fries not saggy

Not adequatly staffed to keep tables and bathrooms clean. Staff including manager too low sometimes, but always pleasant and capable.

Very friendly service. Location of this restaurant is very convenient for anyone enroute or leaving LAX airport.

Move on foot from Hilton LAX Airport. I went around 14 o'clock on Thursday. The customer said "Eh weekday afternoon, no students, what is the extent of this person?" "Beyond Burger" purchased. I wanted to eat it. It is not meat, a hamburger. Is delicious. I feel like beef asselike. Occasionally I felt a nut feeling, but I thought it was a bad guy. I felt it would be coming to Tokyo, too. (You have landed already ...) Price is about 10 dollars by comb. As I am eating a Mac, I thought it was a little expensive ... at the beginning, but considering the size of the drink and the size of the burger, it is "profitable". I'd love to hear from you.

I had spent almost $16.00 dollars and worst service and burger ever!! Cold onion rings, too much garlic chipotle spread inside the BFC burger and request some ketchup inside the bag and the witch bruja who run my order didn't put ketchup in it!!! I had to eat my horrible order with no ketchup!!!

I stopped at this location and ordered a spicy double western bacon cheese burger with no jalapenos just wanted the jalapeno juice so I called they told ne she watched the lady make my burger

update April 4th they lady in charge around noon replaced the burger and the same thing happened but worse you could tell it was intentionally done

I asked for the beyond well done and they burned the patty beyond its edible point. I was all the way home when i realize it was no good to eat. So sad bwcause thisw burgers are great.

Trash cans were over full, tables were dirty, and there weren't many people in line. The place wasn't even 30% full.

This place is fine for what you're getting. It isn't cheap but it'll fill you up.

Had the $5 meal, burger, fries, onion rings, cookie and a soda. Actually, too much food.

I work around the corner from this Carl's Jr and it's my lunch on a daily basis. I give it 5 stars because its delicious. But the frys could be a little more crisper and just a tad bit more barbecue sauce on the Western cheese burger.

My son enjoyed the meal he received. I am not an avid fan for fast food but if you are hungry, go for it. Customer service is great, easy to find the condiments, and easy to find parking.

Fast food, convenient location near airport to wait for flights to arrive, safe friendly atmosphere, security

I always wait here to pick up family and friends at LAX and its is busy but VERY WELL RUN. My food was hand delivered by the manager who was ON TOP OF THINGS in what appears to be a fast paced setting. Security guard in lot, plus now they have veggie burgers. Highly recommended!

Loving the new "beyond beef" patty at Carl's. Plant based protein.

Long line at midnight, but at least they are open 24/7. Burger and Oreo shake were good.

Very convenient place for going to the airport. I don't recommend their breakfast. We had two different orders and both did not have much taste only salty and both orders had very soft bread not being toasted.

Carl's Jr located near LAX (Los Angeles airport) restaurant with a very large dining area, there are people but it is also not very saturated, to order and deliver the food rather quickly.
You have to ask for the bathroom access code because it is permanently closed.
Regarding food the same as in any carl's Jr.

1st time eating at CJ, I didn't like the name of the burger, but it was delicious. Vacationing in LA.
