Horrible place to work. Discrimination against white people. Lying ghetto type thugs who lie about you to get you fired cause they all know each other and gang up on you. I was constantly harrassing by thugs who hr would not do anything about them. Instead it was all my fault. What a joke. I did nothing but work hard and show up everyday while some other people just walked around and visited. Not ever written up for anything. One long time worker told me they get rid of the good workers and keep the bad ones. Not a place for any respectable lady.

Unfortunately I have heard very bad stories from previous employees. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for employment.

This place can have you wait a long time, sometimes not. Once you get a dock youll be done quick. To check in just call the number on here and select shipping department. You dont have to walk to the guard shack. Just park and call and they will call you when its your turn and give you a dock #. Tandems to the back.

Now that covid-19 is spreading more rapidly, what actions are being taken for the employees? No meetings or updates about anything!! If we have to take off and don t have vacation time what will the company do for us in this great time of need? Carlex has only put a paper telling us to wash our hands as if we are not informed enough, the company even after the tornado which was really bad we had no power at the company and they were still trying to make us work!!! Lights off and they have us just sitting in the break in the dark waiting to possibly load a truck at 1am to get some glass out !! Which was a hazard this company only see money for their pockets!!! Come on Carlex get it together!! Had to update as of 6/20/20 now we are being forced to work our off days due to a person on the other shift having COVID -19 and if we don t work then I receive a consequence a point on our merit system wow is all I can say I guess the windshields are more important than our family and lives!!!!

Terrible place to work. Very unprofessional and racist. Terrible managment and horrible human resources. They always short your checks and they dont care about their employees. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.
