Worst service I have ever had. I work in the mall and visit the caribou for coffee every so often. This older woman who works there always always has attitude. I went to get something to eat for break. I asked her for a muffin warmed up, and a glass of ice water. She yelled at me and said cups were only for paying customers. Then she proceeded to tell me with a great deal of attitude that I had to buy a bottle. After her rant she said what else did you want?! . Grabs my muffin, opens the over and turns it off then gives me my muffin. I gave her cash and she practically threw my change at me. I work at a Starbucks and understand that it s annoying when people just asked for water, however I am a paying customer and I need a closed cup of water for work. I know I won t be going back after that.
