I don t even know where to began. Shelby and her Staff has been the most amazing placement agency I ve ever experience, although this was my first time. Throughout the entire humbling experience I was given the opportunity to be interviewed and interview the clients as well. The Staff gave me the encouragement and understanding, some more than others, won t be a permanent fit, however, when you show up, you show out. Get recognized and let them know you mean business. Each day was harder than the last, not because I didn t like the assignment, it was learning new faces, personalities and trying to remember where I m driving to. (a few times I went to the prior assignment) PREMIER placement, not only believed in me as an individual, they landed me an opportunity in which I ve always wanted, but never pursued. I ve never had patience on my agenda, it s always been a need to have NOW attitude because others depended on me. One thing is for certain, this Team of Believers knew I was worth their investment and the end result of this journey was well worth the wait.
