Overall great facility! Staffs are welcoming and nice, course was in greater shape than most courses in the area, first time playing the west course and had a great first experience

Overpriced for the coarse condition and quality. Staff were rude and painfully slow. No beverage cart out on a sunday. Save your money or go somewhere worth the cost.

Cardinal Golf was a highlight of my day with my grandfather. He's gone now, but the memories and goodwill still are felt after his passing. This event I covered was a reminder I am lucky, as are my children. In the end I felt so glad to have been here this day, and happy to see Cardinal Golf showing its love of the future while having fun in the present. Thank you everyone.

Golf course is still a bit wet for this time of year. 90 degrees and cart part only on some hole. Staff are very nice. Missing a star mainly for how busy it is. 5 hour round on a Sunday for a twosome.

Great course fast well kept greens. Food in restaurant was excellent great service.

If you want to have the ultimate service then book your wedding at the cardinal golf club!!

I actually won my wedding through z103.5 and Cardinal was the venue I won.

Even though this was completely for free they treated me and my husband with respect and they met our expectations and even exceeded them.

Such polite , dedicated and hard working staff!

A special thank you goes out to Gina ! She is the wedding guru of that place and she really helped our special day come to life!

From timing the walk down the aisle to the music , food , entertainment, service, last minute changes and more she was an absolute blessing to work with!

Even the day after the wedding when my husband and I were in Mexico ... our family had to pick up our stuff. They didn t just pile it up somewhere. It was locked up and kept safe! We appreciated that so much! Better yet they organized it all for us!! They took it all down themselves.

I am honestly not even sure if I covered it all!

decent course with nice maintained fairways and greens, with the exception of a couple of holes that was under repair from heavy rain from day B4, has 2x18's, with banquet facilities, pro shop, practice range and greens, all the food was terrible from the cafe, but staff were friendly and willing to extend themselves except for the starters and marshals not so-much,

Nice place, very good variety of golf courses and very well maintained. Friendly staff. Sometimes it's a little busy, make sure you have a tee time.

We had our wedding at Cardinal Golf Club. Highly recommend! Such a beautiful place to get married. Gina the events coordinator was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and made sure we had an amazing wedding!! Thank you Cardinal!! :)

Never played golf there but it looks good. I did get married there and it was a great experience.

Good service and good course set ups in theory. Last time I played the East it was SO waterlogged that the back 9 was almost unplayable. Don't open the course in that case.. or tell people before they find themselves ankle deep in water for 12 holes on a sunny day.

Course is always in pristine condition. Friendly and helpful staff. All of the updated GPS technology on the golf carts /course

It is well managed course and one of my favorite course. I like the GPS and USB charging ports in power carts. It is pretty challenging course for beginners but you will probably come again.

We've been playing there for 4 years now. The course is prestine each time we go to it. It plays like a private course with some very picturesque holes. This is a great place for the avid golfer.

Golf course is not bad but management is Too slow & no answering phone during 2hours

I've been a member for the last 3 years and I have enjoyed it every year. The staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to help. The course is kept in great shape. I have a wonderful golf experience every time I go there. The bunkers however need sand. When I first started playing here, the bunkers had fluffy sand that you could hit out of. That isn't the case today. Even when raked to fluff it up, it's still as hard as concrete. The bunkers are of poor quality in my opinion.

Played West Wing the other day. Unorganized arrival with minimal direction. Course was in fairly good shape other than the horrible tee boxes. Very slow of play and no Marshall to be seen. Carts said we were 30 min behind! Used to be one of my favourite courses but quality seems to have gone down. Will probably visit again to see if there is any improvement.

good location for corporate events. Lots of parking.

I was lucky because everyone I was matched up were friendly right from the first missed shot young or old.

Went here for the mini golf with the kids. Not at all impressed with the covid practices. Staff not wearing masks. No signs of cleanliness aside from the bucket you leave your putters at the end.

The meal was fabulous...the venue is beautiful and staff can't do enough for you.

Terribly overpriced this year! Greens are in terrible shape. Redcrest requires serious attention for a $125 green fee with cart. Fescue needs to be cut down in many places. Ownership is NOT keeping it up as to what it used to be!!

Great course to walk not too difficult but in great shape

We have hosted our church's end-of-year banquet at Cardinal six years in a row now. The location is perfect for our Newmarket ministry, as it provides easy access for guests coming from all directions, some as far as Ajax, Barrie and Hamilton.

The food is always abundant and well-prepared (the buffet option offers the best value and guest-satisfaction), and the options are varied.

GINA MORRISON, the event coordinator, is absolutely delightful and supportive, going out of her way to accommodate us and give us the best bang for our buck.

The facility itself is clean, charming and cozy, with plenty of parking. The views of the golf course are spectacular, especially from the North Hall where the north wall is all windows and opens onto a balcony. The Executive Lounge upstairs is great for more intimate events, and features a floor-to-ceiling fire place, bar and lounge room.

So far, we have found nothing within a 30 mile radius that compares to Cardinal for accommodating larger groups (up to 250) at such reasonable prices. For me, the most important thing is the great customer service and rapport we have with the staff. I don't think you can do better than Cardinal!

It was my first time, and I had a great experience

Course is in great shape but as usual play is slow. I booked an early tee time figuring that I could get a quick round in. The Pro Shop neglected to tell me there was a shotgun tournament starting 45 minutes later which slowed me down significantly when I caught them. Played using an Underpar deal so it was only $35 for the round with power cart. Nice course but not a fast round.

The RedCrest course is lovely Sufficiently forgiving rough. No mosquitoes during the day.

Incredibly poor customer service. Taking advantage of Covid-19 policies to collect your money up front, and then will not refund you when you are unable to play due to weather. Had 3 visitors in for the weekend from out of town, and we were prepared to play first thing in the morning, but it was thunder storming and raining all day so we weren't able to play. I called to cancel, and expected to receive payment back, and because it wasn't more than 48 hours before we were supposed to play, they only issue you credits to play in the future. Unfortunately my guests won't be back in the area this summer, so I won't have an opportunity to use the credits as I don't get out much. So now they keep my $330? Adam, Colin and Darren in the pro shop refused to make an exception. Unfortunate situation as there are lots of other great courses in the area and they offer a lot better customer service in my experience. I'll be recommending other courses next time.

I love the course, especially Kettle Creek and the East Wing. However most of the marshals will always act like smug and asinine goofs. I shouldn't say that all of them are like that because there are a few good ones. However you'd think they'd try or be told to try and facilitate a decent experience for a paying customer. It really takes away from an experience that I otherwise love.

They also do nothing to fix the pace of play and at times try to berate you for being slow when you've been waiting for the group in front of you to tee off for 15 minutes. Strange too because the pro shop staff is almost always friendly and accommodating, actually most of the staff at the course are.

Very nice courses to play, with some friendly staff scattered throughout but dreadful marshals.

Played the west course. Infrequent beer carts. Made the turn, went to clubhouse to buy beers and only draft beer...nothing in cans. Are they allergic to money? Left vm with tournament director Jason McNally as i was interested in hosting a tournament. No call back. Amateur operation

Good selection of courses and reasonable rates, Redcrest is definitely one of the nicer public courses in the area.

Not sure why the range is not open at 8am like it used to be, or why they have you starting on the 10th hole if you are playing the west.

Played West course What a mess. The course organization is not obvious and doesn't flow well. Tee boxes were butchered and look to have not been moved/repaired in weeks. GPS in carts were good when it wasn't beeping like hell to notify you that somebody wine a prize in this hole sometime ago. Who cares! Not sure when I'll be back.

Great staff, atmosphere, 4 courses to choose from for all skill levels and ages.

Great course for all types of play levels. The executive course at Kettle Creek was great fun, went with 4. Took about 2 hours to play through.

Nice Challenging course but we spend more time waiting than playing so it was hard to get into a rhythm. We will be back and hopefully the pace will be better.

It's been about 10 years since I last been to Cardinal, played the West Course. Although I was restricted to cart path only my golf experience was great.

Golf carts are electric and have GPS, they're also equipped with a computer so you can order food ahead of time for the end of front 9 or back 9.
Found the West Course very easy to play but if I can remember East Course is more challenging.
Affordable green fees

If you're a golfer, this is a must play!!! With 4 courses, plenty if challenges. Lots of water, sand, and open fairways. Greens are fast and play true. Cart food isnt great, but the gorgeous people who serve it makes it tasty enough. Beer rather expensive off the cart. Courses in great condition. Club house phenomenal and pro shop full of great looking Nike clothing, on sale... Frienfly staff, from the marshals and starters, to the pro shop and cart girls, everyone is wearing a smile. Lots of parking, full featured locker rooms with towelled showers. Come and play!!!

I sure love golf this is the golf course for you if you like golf I recommend coming to play golf here very nice grass

First year here, for our annual company charity tournament. Beautiful facility and wonder course staff. Look forward to next year!
