Can't say enough great things about golf pro Cameron and the Kettle Creek Course. He is the definition of what a quality customer service representative is and made our first experience a 12/10. His positive energy, encouragement and overall kindness elevated our experience and made us want to come back again.

The course was in great shape and gives golfers a great opportunity to shake the winter dust off at a great rate.

We loved it so much we're heading back for round 2 today... Only 2 days later.

Thanks so much, Cameron!

Beautiful venue excellent service and good food. Bartenders were quick and friendly, drinks are reasonably priced, literally the only downfall was the plants outside on their side from the wind lol. Chanel, also stood out to me during my visit, she was one of the servers for the event I attended, her attention to detail and great energy was really refreshing. I'd recommend this venue for any professional event .

Worst experience I've ever had at a golf course. The West wing course is way over priced for the condition of it. The staff was very unorganized and super rude. The starter was snappy, creating a poor experience before you even start the round. Kitchen staff was slow and incompetent. The whole place doesn't seem to have a concept on how to run a golf course and make it an enjoyable experience.

Nice wedding venue. The logistics of holding a wedding outside and making sure passing golfers in carts didn't impact the process was very well handled. Food was delicious but time between courses was long and delay of first course from time of sitting down to arrival was to long. But that may have been the couples choice.

Played the East course.
Lots of elevation changes!
Smaller greens in my opinion.

If you had asked me halfway through my game I would have given this course 3 stars. It is showing the signs of a long season way more than other local courses. We never saw a beverage cart or a Marshall so it was very slow going due to two foursomes ahead of us not following their times. Then sunset hit, we were on the 15th hole and the battery on the cart died. The gentleman I was with had bad knees so he couldn't walk back. I walked to the clubhouse after all my calls to the pro shop and reception went unanswered. When I got there only one young lady was working and I asked to use another cart to find my friend. Turns out they had gone to get him which I found out when I got to the 15h hole. I turned around and headed back. This time the cart died on the 12th hole, I abandoned the cart as it was now dark out and walked back to the clubhouse yet again. Once I returned I was again greeted by this poor young lady that was struggling by herself to put cars away, many of which had dead batteries. I gave her my card and asked that her manager call me in the morning. I received no calls. To sum it up, this is by far the most poorly run operation I have seen to date. Highly disappointed!

Hit the range before my round. Large buckets were $11, good spot. Played the west wing course from the whites. Course was very well maintained. Quality greens and sand traps, beautiful course. Will be back

2) The starter (like most starters) thought his job was something more than a starter. He made a snarky comment questioning us why we weren't using power carts (Because the only score keeping option at the course was in the electronic scorecard in the power carts). Answer: I can't afford a power cart, and walking the course (in under 3.5 hrs) is something our 4some is able to do stress-free.
Prior to the insensitive power cart comment, the starter did not even greet our group, and rudely demanded that we would be starting off the 10th tee (we didn't even start walking to the "1st" tee and it was as though we were supposed to know that it was a crime if we began walking to the 1st tee block).
3) The PVC pipe situation for the COVID-19 holes.. I've seen much better designs (simpler and cheaper) that do a much better job in maintaining the integrity of the game.

In summary, upon your arrival at the golf course, you quickly forget that you are the paying customer. The starter did a great job at making himself feel like the one paying us to play there.

Very good course. It is fair and challenging. The facility is in great condition. There are three Golf courses here. I have only played the East Course. The front 9 is open while the back 9 is tight. I always struggle on holes 11, 12 & 13. This course by far has the best Golf Carts in any public facility I have played. GPS enabled with speed limiters.

I got married this August at Redcrest and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue! The tent and clubhouse were stunning, the grounds were beautiful and the food was great! Alison was our coordinator and she was wonderful to work with, everything was perfect and we had the BEST day. I would recommend them over and over again, they are fantastic!

Had a great day with Brother, son and nephew! Course was in good shape, not great. Terrible confusing signage and lack of signage on course making it very confusing as to where the next hole is. Very poor since 2 courses criss-cross on many holes.

One of my favourites, awesome deals for twilight golf. 4 different courses to choose from. Red Crest is definitely the nicest, always in impeccable condition. Challenging enough for all handicaps.

For amateur golf, the Kettle Creek course, part of this club, is my favourite course. It s a great way to play 18 holes and practice your strokes and improve your short game. Close to Toronto and great price. I also bought some great golf outfits for a good price. The staff are super friendly. Just don t go expecting the Rosedale Golf Club.

Very good prices for the quality of the course. Pro shop staff are always very friendly and helpful when booking tee times or browsing the shop. The driving range is very good, and sometimes the pro shop will give you a free bucket or at least a discounted bucket if you're playing the course. I've always had a great time golfing here.

THIS PLACE IS GOD AWFUL.

THIS PLACE IS GOD AWFUL.
To be honest I would rate this place 0 stars if i could. I Had the worst experience in my life golfing here, they say that you technically get 15 minutes per hole, but in reality you get less than 5 minutes per hole between 2 people. If you look for your ball for more than 30 seconds FORGET IT, take another ball out and assume it landed in the general vicinity where you assumed it to be and continue onward because there are people waiting and the marshal will come condemn you for taking too long otherwise. I guess it's a nice place if you want to complete the golf course in less than an hour, but from what I've heard from the people around me that golf regularly, they prefer to keep track of their score, enjoy the atmosphere, and most importantly not be rushed.
