Should be zero starz. Everytime I have to rely on Cardinal I am let down packages are always late or lost. They constantly lie to you. The latest debacle is now going to cost me a 600 dollar rental bill all because they could not admit they had lost my parts in the morning and told me they were on the day run. Now its to late to get them shipped in from the other warehouse.

All I can say is wow. If you have an issue try to get through to customer service. Good luck. We depend on this company to deliver our parts for our customers. If this was the first time I would not have thought not a big deal. In the last month it is multiple times. Left multiple messages for someone to call me back about my missing package. No calls back. Finally got through to someone and was told they would get back to me. This was Friday now Monday still no call back. Back to call multiple times. Leaving messages. Finally get through to someone. Said they would have to get back to me. They found my missing package. Excuse after excuse of what happened all not my problem. Was told it should arrive to me the next day. Well that is really not good enough. i have customers that need those parts. Well would I recommend this company. ABSOLUTELY NOT
Cardinal is my go to courier for next day AM service. Always pick up and deliver on time. Very professional sales and customer service. Great pricing for the service provided. I would recommend Cardinal anytime to anyone.
Have been shipping with Cardinal for over 3 years now and have been impressed with their service. They provide a unique service of delivering overnight so the Customers have their products first thing in the morning which is huge in our industry. Besides their drivers are very professional and very helpful , if we are not ready with our shipments , the driver goes out of his way to come back and scoop the remaining boxes. Their reps are always checking up on us so if there is something that needs to be sorted out , they are very responsive and it's taken care off in a timely manner.
Our company has been using Cardinal Couriers for years... we give them plenty of business but after countless bad experiences, not only with me but as well as my colleagues. Although it does not happen all the time, most shipment is okay. The problem is when they have an issue to be resolved they are responsible for a package and cannot provide clear answers. Consider it as the third strike although there has been more than 3 bad experiences. Today I will be considering never using them again in the future, personally. I would recommend to avoid this courier company. Worst one out there. lost packages, delay, excuses, horrible customer service with attitude, " we will call you back" regarding tracking etc. the list goes on - this has proved to be super frustrating when our customers are relying on these shipments to be completed successfully to do their jobs and we cannot receive a clear answer it is infuriating. Company as a whole is doing a horrible job. That is my honest review.
I am NOT surprised that I'm seeing alot of 1 stars with these reviews! Or that every reviewers experience with Cardinal Couriers has been and continues to be horrible just like my experiences have been! And not just once! Several times! Your company is the absolute worst courier out there, and everything that everyone has wrote is 100% true! You don't respond to our voicemails....your customer service representative are so used to complaints from us that you can tell they switch off when they're talking to you, and all you can offer back is one excuse after another! I honestly have lost track of the times I've put packages into my cardinal bin at the end of my work day only to find them STILL in there in the morning, I'm expecting those to be picked up...I've told MY customers that their part will be at their location the next day because THATS what your policy states! Pre 8am delivery! Heres something straight from YOUR website..." What would you do with extra time? We give back time and help you start your business day earlier with cardinals PRE 8am transportation solutions.....Optimize your sales, improve customer service, loyalty and increase profitability through Cardinals UNIQUE NIGHT NETWORK WITH UNATTENDED PICK UPS AND DELIVERIES. Complete customer expectations is all about time"....what a joke! I have yet to experience that...if anything I'm not improving my customers service by having to call them and tell them they'll have to now wait another extra day for their part because YOU cant do what you promise! GET YOURSELVES SORTED OUT!
