Our company has been using Cardinal Couriers for years... we give them plenty of business but after countless bad experiences, not only with me but as well as my colleagues. Although it does not happen all the time, most shipment is okay. The problem is when they have an issue to be resolved they are responsible for a package and cannot provide clear answers. Consider it as the third strike although there has been more than 3 bad experiences. Today I will be considering never using them again in the future, personally. I would recommend to avoid this courier company. Worst one out there. lost packages, delay, excuses, horrible customer service with attitude, " we will call you back" regarding tracking etc. the list goes on - this has proved to be super frustrating when our customers are relying on these shipments to be completed successfully to do their jobs and we cannot receive a clear answer it is infuriating. Company as a whole is doing a horrible job. That is my honest review.
