This business is completely inadequate. Received multiple copies of the same bill, paid in full, continued receiving collection notices in the mail despite multiple calls to their billing office. My account is apparently up to date, but they continue to send collection notices. Receptionist and billing staff are unable to answer any questions or confirm why bills are being sent. My husband has not been there in months yet we keep receiving bills. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want continuous payments and your credit negatively affected despite paying on time.

After 20 yrs I was a client for this clinic, and they can found my medical records, how wonderful an unprofessionally they are

I have UNSUCCESSFULLY tried to speak with Dr. Martin regarding the failing health my Mother for over two weeks now. The service level is less than inadequate and this business should be immediately closed. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT IN THE HEALTH BUSINESS. From wrong numbers to blaming the patient for their incompetence.

I share some of the sentiments of the other reviewers, primarily that it can be difficult to contact the offices on days when they re busy. That said, I can always get ahold of Dr. Guzman via email by the end of the day, if not within an hour or so. The staff is friendly, and this is the best experience I ve had with a doctor from a patient perspective. I ll deal with the contact issues for that reason.

Is this office still in business? I have been trying to make an appointment for a couple weeks and every time I get a busy signal - the phone doesn't even ring for me to leave a message. And they never respond to emails. Has anyone been here recently?

I have had excellent experiences with my doctor here, and I would like to keep going, but I literally cannot schedule an appointment. Five stars for the doctor, 1 star for the accessibility and office staff.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I went there for years when I lived near DC. As a Native American, it was important to me to have culturally sensitive health practitioners. Dr. Guzman is fantastic, and there's no one who I respect more. He and his staff were always caring, extremely intelligent, and professional!

Raquel is so nice, efficient, and I appreciate her follow through. Dr. Zinnes is kind and seem to really care about her patients.

The service was all right. However, once I had to cancel an appointment a week in advance, and I was told I would have to pay $50 for canceling. That hardly seems right.
