This is the third time we have used Book1One to publish my wife's memoirs. We have always been very happy with the results. However, being close to 90 years of age, we have always had difficulty with the on-line process leading up to the final step. I had a family cookbook printed in hardcover for a few family members this (post)Christmas. Initially there was an issue with the file I provided and one of their Customer Service team members helped me promptly. He offered excellent easy to understand instructions and when I ran into an issue uploading my file, he provided an option that worked.

I had not published a book before. Having spent five years writing an autobiography, mainly for my grandchildren, the appearance of the final product was important. Many services are available, KDP, Apple, Staples and independent publishers. After investigating those, I chose Book1One. The web-site was intuitive with a wide range of options including hard bound copies of different sizes, though with my inexperience guidance was necessary. Most importantly the service offered was outstanding. Two people in particular need mention: Jeshar Escoffrey and Corey Upright. I called them more than a dozen times, occasionally three times per day. At every occasion they were patient, knowledgable, understanding of my inexperience and helpful. The book is just lovely.
This is the second time I've used Book1One to publish a family history book. We just received our 125 copies of an 8.5x11", 274 page (coated paper) hardcover books. They are, again, of good quality (both the cover and the interior text and photos). We used the proof process to ensure our mainly pictorial books would produce as we expected, and they did. The books arrived in 10 boxes of about 35 pounds each, and the boxes were protected with extra cardboard on all the edges to prevent damage during shipping. We found no damage thanks to that extra protection. We communicated with personnel with Book1One by telephone and email exchanges, and they promptly answered all of our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
I wrote a genealogy book. First time I had a book published. We communicated by email with small problems and solved them. The book arrived exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend them.
We had an excellent experience working with Book1One. Our book is a full-color volume featuring paintings along with text explanations. The website provided all of the templates and spec information we needed to properly create the files to print. We found the staff to be responsive, keeping us informed by email throughout the project. Our books were delivered and we are thrilled!
I ordered 2-300 page books of our family blog when we circumnavigated the Caribbean in a sail boat. Book One did a fantastic job!!! I was a bit apprehensive given the reviews but elated when I received it and so the quality of their printing. They were on time and their pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
