Driver was excellent only talkitive when spoken to, yet quiet and smooth enough for me to get a nap in on the road.

We really enjoyed our trip to see the 2020 Rose Bowl parade-- the bus driver was friendly and a good driver. The bus seems new and nice, but the seats are so small, including no leg room, that it made for a cramped, uncomfortable ride. (Worse than on an airplaoe.) Our biggest complaint is that our driver kept following the other Cardiff bus and we drove in circles, trying to navigate Pasadena-- with all the street closures. There is no reason to not have the best route plotted in advance. We lost at least an hour, total.

Have been on two tours as of now...will go on more. Trips to Venice Beach and the Farmer's Market were both fun and relaxing. It's great to sit back and relax while being driven to your destination. Prices are fair and service is excellent. Times are delivered (arrival/departure) as promised. You can even bring a small cooler on board and leave it on the bus while you tour (then have cocktails on the ride home!)...what a life....
The driver of the bus I was on seem intoxicated in and out of lanes speeding tailgating seems like he was also falling sleep putting lives at risk not good

As always, Cardiff make every part of the process as easy as can be. Our group uses them every year for our meetings in Palm Springs and they have never failed us! Highly recommend!

I reserved a bus to go to the Women's March in LA 6 weeks ago. I received the confirmation, submitted my CC info and all was on track. Eight days before the march I got a phone call stating that I would have to agree to full personal liability for any damage done to the bus - not a deductible but full liability. There was not enough time for me to secure a separate policy, sound like the controller is a Trumper, what a way to conduct business - NOT.
We hired a limo from Cardiff for Father's Day and had the best night! Our driver, Buddy, was a true professional. He was on time, engaging, and had some great suggestions. The ride was smooth and the limo looked and felt brand new. I think we're going to try to turn this into a tradition. We were beyond satisfied with our experience.

Drivers suck at driving. Teach them how to drive safely for clients and other drivers.
The driver of the red bus was completely out of control. He was tailgating people and honking his horn at people merging onto the freeway. At one point I saw him honk at a car then throw his hands up in an animated fashion. Then when the bus passed that car, the bus driver made sure to flip the driver off. I usually don't report this but this guy was out of control. I feel the company should be warned about this huge liability before things get physical. If this guy does this in a big red bus with his company name on it, I can only imagine what he does in his own vehicle. You've been warned

We recently went on a CARDIFF bus tour to the olde Italian section of San Diego and had an enjoyable day with some tasty food. The only negative was that the bus driver would not let us use the on board toilet. After some conversation with fellow travelers we decided the only reason that we were not allowed to use the facility was due the driver being to lazy to clean the toilet and empty the blue water after the trip was completed. If the toilet would of been available we would have rated the excursion 5 stars.
Driver has a really bad behavior ..not ever looked at us when we asked him to be more careful and keep his eyes on the road...he needs way more driving lessons...
