We really enjoyed our trip to see the 2020 Rose Bowl parade-- the bus driver was friendly and a good driver. The bus seems new and nice, but the seats are so small, including no leg room, that it made for a cramped, uncomfortable ride. (Worse than on an airplaoe.) Our biggest complaint is that our driver kept following the other Cardiff bus and we drove in circles, trying to navigate Pasadena-- with all the street closures. There is no reason to not have the best route plotted in advance. We lost at least an hour, total.
