I have been a regular customer of Cara for more than 10 years now. Extremely dissapointed in them ,as it's to be noted that their customer service, quality and craftmanship have declined over the years. The last being one of the worst few days back.They sold imperfect jewellery without appropriate certificates and then blame it on human error and not to mention their unprofessional attitude! Mark my words, this came from the Manager Mr. Nikhil. At that post, instead of handling the situation delicately ,sad to say that he only aggravated the case. All in all , was surprised to see this from Cara after being a renowned brand. I was attended to by the salesman Mr.Milan who lacked professionalism too. Cara ,just lost one of its loyal customers and will advise all to look elsewhere as customer service and quality comes foremost in any brand and this one is lacking it!!!!

I didn't want to like Cara because it was busy and had lots of tourists in there but once I got in I found the service to be far superior to that of the others. Ciaran and Stanley were very helpful and patient in finding me the stone that I wanted. I went in with a design in mind and they were able to make the ring from my drawing. They also made me up a wax version of another design I had so that I could make an informed decision. After the proposal we were able to get the ring resized free of charge. The ring is perfect and was very well received. I highly recommend them.

For the insurance on my wedding ring(bought in the US), I need to have it checked every six months. I had lots of issues finding a store that would do this for me. Finally, I spoke with the owner of this store and he was friendly and completed the check with no issues. He gave me his card so I could contact him when I needed it done again in the future. If I need to buy jewelry, I will definitely come back here because of the great service I received here.

I've been coming to Cara for 8 years now and have always had a great experience. I have had numerous pieces of jewelry made here, I've also had old jewelry re-made and I cannot fault them. The service I receive is always fantastic and if you ask for Ron you will get 10/10 service. He is just lovely and explains everything thoroughly to you.

Absolutely devastated. Only 5 months after getting my engagement ring at Cara jewellers in Dubai, one of the diamonds has fallen out. I cannot get in touch with anyone in Cara as the 'contact' link is not working. There is no available contact email address. I would be very grateful if someone can get in touch with regards your guarantee period.

I contacted Cara to create a customized necklace for me. I had nothing but images of the necklace which i want to copy and Mamta, the customer agent assigned to me was very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I'm satisfied and happy with with my purchase. It only took them a few days to make my necklace and it turned out perfect! I definitely recommend them.

They are amazing at jewelry repair. I was allowed to accompany them to the workshop and the process was explained every step of the way. I had my boys with me and they enjoyed the experience to see how they work and repair jewelry. Highly recommended. Lovely friendly knowledgeable and efficient staff.

I was in dubai from Ireland visiting my sister. I went to cara to replace my engagement & wedding ring, plus a pair of earrings that had been robbed. I was treated like a queen I picked out my rings and earrings with the help of wonderful staff. I was brought into the work room where they had to downsize my rings. I would recommend cara to everyone.

Price, quality, staff and owner? They are all 5 stars. Special mention Ms. Diosa... Ordered a customised wedding ring to replace my old one (a trendier design) and had my other ring remodeled. The results were lovely!

Expensive! They are popular amongst white expats in Dubai so expect to pay more. I bought a set of diamonds, after a few months stones fell off! Poor quality of settings.

I started correspondence with Cara via email to make The One ring and Galadriel's Nenya ring from TLOTR movie
- professional manner of correspondence
- staff takes all the details into consideration and develop 3D models and wax copies carefully
- they have difficulties to pass information between departments: nobody sent me 3D of the ring (despite the fact it was ready) until I followed upon after 1 week. They accepted my case but when I arrived to pay advance I was told engraving on The One ring can not be done! Nobody informed me beforehand so I had to look for another place to make it
-They named a price, which went up 52% after 3D model was ready. I had to reason to bring the price back down.
In spite the above difficulties I am very satisfied with beautiful Nenya ring! comes with a nice box with small led light inside

I think they are resting on their reputation at this point which is really unfortunate. Their service has degraded over the years as has the quality of design. As a resident of the UAE, I've been going to Cara's for 10+ years. My first experience was the best and each experience thereafter is worse and worse. This time I had a ring re-designed because the previous design kept losing the diamonds out of it. When I received the new ring I told the salesman I didn't like it and he completely ignored me. It was as though he was deaf all of the sudden. After a few minutes he asked me for the money for the ring. He had no interest in a satisfied customer walking out of Cara's, only in getting his money. I was disappointed in the service, the attitude and the craftsmanship. Once upon a time Cara's was the best but no longer is that the case. I recommend you go elsewhere.

You can have the design you want according to the budget you have

They have 2 shops within the mall, one for diamonds and one for gold. They have a very large and diverse collection. Staff is very helpful and patient and their prices are excellent.

Very impressed with attention but picked up ring on the day leaving and didn't notice flaw in ring setting . One of the diamonds is slightly off and was dissapointed but unable to return. Don't rush pick up.

5 star service today and so pleased Went in time have my Dad s wedding band resized to fit me and they did it with a smile and free of charge whilst I waited!! So impressed, will recommend everyone to go there. Have bought there and had engagement ring redesigned previously and very happy. Best place in Dubai!!!

I was dreading the 'hassle' of buying an engagement ring but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Prashant spent two hours with us explaining things to us and showing us different designs. In the end we went for a trilogy diamond ring in platinum and were able to select the exact diamonds that we wanted. He showed us the GIA number lasered onto the main diamond under the x100 microscope so we know it's the same diamond that we paid for. They made the ring to fit and had it delivered to Abu Dhabi three days later and it's exquisite. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from both Cara as a shop but particularly Prashant who walked us through the entire process process. I would highly recommend them.

I used to be a very good customer of them, buying almost on monthly basis. The day I came to buy a small earings, I received the worst treatment ever. Even been pushed by a sales guy so that another customer can sit. Even after complaining about it, I received no apology. I will definitely never come back.
I don't know how much this post will affect them, but I am that much angry that I needed to express my disappointment somewhere.

I am extremely disappointed in this company despite recommendations. I bought a ring in May 2019 - by October diamonds had fallen out. Having contacted Cara they agreed to repair and instructed me to send to their London outlet. This I did and I still have not received my ring back. Over 45 emails/texts/calls I have still not received my ring back. Whilst I understand a few months of delay - they seem to have just given up and now are not responding at all. Incidentally I also bought diamond earrings which the stick has broken off on one of them. I have not sent back as I suspect I won t ever receive them. So I have had it repaired at my own expense despite the earrings not been a year old and not worn all the time. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience of this company.

Bought a Engagement Ring. First i wasnt shure if i can trust the company, and i got no clue about jewelery. After coming home to germany i checked the value of ring and the diamond: They made us really a good price, so in case of difforce my girl can sell the Ring for at least the same money ;))

My husband bought an engagement ring from Cara and it was perfect. They damaged the ring whilst resizing it and it was only noted by a jeweller in the UK. I went back and was met by a senior man (seemed like management) who embodied the word greed. He told me that I have to pay to have the ring fixed even though it was Cara's doing and would need a new ring. This is against Dubai consumer laws. I was so upset and gobsmacked. Luckily, my husband had contacted someone else called Pankaj. Pankaj, without any hesitation fixed my ring swiftly and with great service. I did not need a new ring. He was honest and professional. Cara had lost a valuable customer and Pankaj saved the day. I will surely return back time and time again to Pankaj. I would recommend him to everyone. Please ask for Pankaj to avoid these greedy men at Cara's at Gold and Diamond Park.

When visiting Dubai wanted to purchase a couple of rings in 18 /14 carat gold. Staff were very helpful and professional showing us a number of options available and asked if any customization was required. Specced the rings we wanted (including engraving on inside) and left a deposit. Returned a few days later and rings were exactly as we required/ordered and even went to workshop to see the engraving being done...so so professional! The team at Cara's are excellent and offer great service and competitive pricing...very happy customer!

The absolute BEST! My husband and I buy our jewelry exclusively from Cara. The owner and the guys in the showrooms are great--they truly know the meaning of quality customer service. They listen to exactly what you want and are so willing to do everything to find, design, or make your perfect piece of jewelry. The selection in the showrooms is already really extensive and I've had no trouble at all finding fashion-forward pieces that are rose gold and some of the fresh, look-a-like designs that are even brand new with the large, luxury companies like Tiffany. I explained the vision for my engagement ring and picked the perfect diamond and my husband and one of the sales associates worked together to design a custom ring. It's an absolutely stunning, one of a kind piece that I love!!

Several friends had recommended Cara jewellers. I recently had a ring break which is of enormous sentimental value to me. I took it to a jewellery repair shop close to my home and a simple repair job went terribly wrong. I thought my lovely ring was ruined for ever.

After several sleepless nights, I drove down to Cara Jewellers to ask for their help. Rahul could see I was quite upset and kindly told me they could definitely help. He took me over to their workshop and introduced me to one of the repair men. They both assured me they could fix my ring.

The following day I went back to collect it and couldn't believe that my ring was back how it used to be (and polished!!). He wouldn't take any payment even though they were fixing someone else's mistake. I am absolutely stunned by their kindness and by his gentle treatment of me. I will definitely be back for my jewellery purchases from now on. I would particularly like to extend my gratitude to Rahul and commend him for excellent customer service. Thank you Cara Jewellers.

Just got back from a weeks holiday in Dubai and wanted a diamond ring and a friend of mine who lives in Dubai recommend Cara jewellers well what can i say what an experience got served by Sunail what a lovely and helpful guy explained the diamond clarity and what this all meant I did know a bit but learnt alot more from him, showed him the design I wanted it was a vera vang design he said this could be done in 48hrs paid a deposit towards that and then saw another diamond band that I liked which I purchased met another gentleman called Mayur what a top geezer he was Geordie again soo nice and helpful couldn't be more helpful. Returned after 48hrs there private taxi picked us up what can i say my ring was absolutely amazing it was actually better than the Vera Wang I tried on back in the UK the sides of the ring were alot smoother and flatter couldn't be happier can't reccomend these guys enough made my experience soo much nice and pleasant,famous celebrities and footballers have been to cara like Gary linekar, Peter Crouch so it is a well known jewellers the other thing I noticed was that all the cara jewellers were the only ones that were busy in the diamond and gold park definatly pay there guys a visit you will be well looked after and they explained all the paperwork and how to get your tax back at the airport. In the gold and diamond centres there are many shops, and many are not called Cara but in fact belong to Cara group. We bought from one such 'fascia'. They were great, put the stones into our desired setting within 20 minutes while we waited. Sunday evening is a good time to go, we were only people there. Good price, but be careful on the tax refund on way out of airport, leave plenty of time. I messed up as too rushed.

They are good in terms of re designing..but a little unprofessional in creating trust with the customer.. I gave a ring for re designing and requested for a certificate to ensure I wasnt losing any diamonds..at the time of delivery they said no diamond went unused..and after delivery suddenly from no where they said oh we found 3 diamond stones unused. For future,always get a proper certificate on the usage to hold them accountable

My fiance bought my engagement ring from Cara. It is an absolutely wonderful ring. The ring was resized to fit my finger but once he put it on for me we realised it was a bit too small and it definitely needed resizing. We took is back to cara and they took us to the workshop were we saw them redo the ring again to fit my finger once more. It was all done and given back to me good as new in about 30 mins. Thank you Cara for such a wonderful experience.

Great place to go for a deal on diamonds. Go prepared though! It gets extremely busy on weekends so it's a nightmare trying to find someone decent to help you.

We go to Dubai at least once a year and for many years, a trip there is not complete without a purchase at Cara. We stayed in Dubai after a cruise on the Queen Mary in April and my wife had a diamond ring made and I had diamonds around my gold Rolex. This was all done in 3 days and was beautifully made. We get the same driver each time to pick us etc and overall the service is second to done and we look forward to our next trip which I booked today !!

Been a few times, the sheer volume of customers in Cara's compared to empty shops in the same Mall is testament to their service and value! Had my wife's bespoke rings made here and my watch repaired with confidence! Best jewellers I have ever been to in any country.

I went to Cara shop to repair my bracelet. The sales guy took a look and said it can't be repaired at all, maybe I can try old souq in Deira, they might be able to have a look at it. I went to the next shop Supreme Jewels, very professional and polite sales guy had a look and said they will try. Next day he called me and I had my braclet repaired in perfect condition back!@ Next time I will only buy and recommend Supreme Jewels!

Awful after care service, diamonds came out of my engagement ring in a year, I emailed and contacted with no response or acknowledgment and it s now been 2 years since my complaints!
Don t purchase from here if you want good quality or good service.

Pandora Cara!
Arrived at 1015hrs and being told not ready to attend customer due to unsanitize

Realy really bad and irresponsible post purchase service. You are entitled to have your rings resized for free but this was a disaster for me. They pulled the ring made by Cara and did not offer to weld it to enlarge it. In the process they changed its profile losing most of the inner comfort shape. Then they gave it back to me without any paperwork with the platinum stamping polished out. Horrid! I will make a formal complaint as this is a highly regulated business in Dubai.

After many years of using Cara as my go-to jewellers in Dubai, they have proved to have terrible after-care (I hope none of your custom pieces need fixing due to multiple manufactoring errors), that has put me off for life. They will ignore you, even if you direct to a store manager, they do not communicate (via call/WhatsApp etc) with any regard to their customer's time, make false promises that they do not adhere to, and you will spend a lot of time chasing. Very unhappy, and I am genuinely disappointed.
